I bought an eSIM card (30 days / 10 GB) from Simtex for Portugal. After 2 days the service was discontinued. No internet. Simtex explains that it was the local operator Sonaecom/Optimus that was in trouble. The outage lasted at least 36 hours. I went to get a Vodafone SIM card. Simtex promised to reimburse me in the exchange on their chat. They did not do it. I have been waiting for 4 days.
