WhatsApp calls didnโt work, but worked over WiFi. This was not a one time issue. I would not use their service again as WhatsApp calls important to me. Customer service was horrible saying itโs not an issue

Add Data Plan
Scan the QR code you will receive in an email to add the data plan. Once it's added, turn on it for Mobile Data and turn on Data Roaming. You will be then able to access Ubigi mobile app using cellular data. On Ubigi mobile app, create an account first and then purchase a data plan to start using internet with Ubigi eSIM.
Data Balance Check / Top Up
You can check your data balance, add data plans through Ubigi mobile app.
