Installed the esim per instructions. Even at the Manas airport i already could NOT connect to the data/service. So i tried activating the esim in the Global Yo app (it is supposed to be automatically activated once I could connect but since I could not connect I thought I would need to activate it manually). Then I tried restarting my phone too but that didn’t work either.
It’s been a few hours and I’ve obviously left the airport now. Even within the city and town there is no service. Only managing to post this review using the guesthouse wifi.
Why sell a product that does not work, and customer service is not 24-7 available to help? I hope when Global Yo does reply I will be in a location that has wifi access to be able to read their reply.
