Roamix eSIM Data Plans for Papua New Guinea

Roamix does not provide an unlimited data eSIM for Papua New Guinea. The provider’s catalog lists fixed data plans with caps of 20GB for 30 days and 10GB for 30 days, as well as a 10GB/Day option. While the 10GB/Day plan states that data will continue at a reduced speed of 384 kbps after the 10GB cap, this is still a capped plan, not an unlimited one. Travelers who need more data could opt for the larger fixed plans such as the 20GB 30‑day or 10GB 30‑day options, which can offer better cost efficiency unless they are extremely heavy data users.

Roamix does not offer an eSIM plan for Papua New Guinea that includes a phone number or SMS capability. Travelers can only purchase a data‑only plan from Roamix for this destination.

If a phone number or text messaging is needed, users can rely on VoIP applications such as WhatsApp, Telegram or iMessage over the data connection, though it is advisable to confirm that the apps can be accessed in Papua New Guinea before purchasing, as some destinations may restrict or block particular services.

Roamix offers 71 single‑country plans and 71 multi‑country plans for Papua New Guinea. The plans span a price range from $6.60 to $13, 452.40 and data caps from 1 GB to 20 GB. Roamix provides both fixed data amount plans, which give a set amount of data for the entire validity period, and daily data cap plans, which allow a specified amount of data each day. The catalogue includes 120 daily data cap plans and 22 fixed data cap plans.
