Hello, I bought an eSIM for the Seychelles and it's not working. They are unreachable on their help site! I had to send 6 or 7 messages without any response! They know how to cash in but not refund or send a new QR code to troubleshoot... absolutely terrible after-sales service 👎 don't go with them, total scam!! And one star because I'm obligated to give at least that. Real scammers! They don't refund anything on top of that.
I will not use this eSIM provider any more, and wouldn’t recommend it. I bought 3GB for 14 days, but was able to use it only for 1 day, because Internet connection was not available even though all configuration was correct.
eSIMDB lists more than 70 travel eSIM providers and offers over 1000 prepaid data plans for Seychelles. With such a wide range of plans, travelers can easily find an eSIM that meets their specific communication needs.
An unlimited data eSIM plan is available for Seychelles, provided by Truely. The plan covers a presentation period between 1 and 30 days. While the data allowance is unlimited, the network speed may be throttled at higher usage levels, and tethering is permitted. Pricing for the unlimited option ranges from approximately $20.80 to $237.12 USD, depending on the chosen validity period. This range should provide a baseline for travelers who require unrestricted data usage during their stay.
In Seychelles, the primary Mobile Network Operators (MNOs) are:
Cable & Wireless Seychelles: Offers a comprehensive range of mobile services, including 4G and 5G connectivity, with extensive coverage across the main islands.
Airtel Seychelles: Provides a variety of mobile services, including 4G connectivity, and holds a significant share of the mobile market in the country.
Additionally, there are local Mobile Virtual Network Operators (MVNOs) in Seychelles that offer mobile services by leasing access from major carriers. These MVNOs often provide niche services or cater to specific customer segments. However, most travel eSIMs rely on the infrastructure of the primary MNOs rather than MVNOs.
