TooSim does not provide an unlimited data eSIM for Tonga. The plans they list for Tonga use fixed data allowances. For example, a 5 GB plan is valid for 30 days and priced at $166.99 USD, a 3 GB plan is also 30 days for $100.99 USD, a 2 GB plan is valid for 15 days at $75.99 USD, and a 1 GB plan is available for 7 days at $49.99 USD.
