Hungry eSIM eSIM Data Plans for Afghanistan

Hungry eSIM does not provide a truly unlimited data eSIM for Afghanistan. The plans that carry the “Unlimited” name actually have daily data caps of 0.5 GB, 1 GB, 2 GB, or 10 GB, after which the speed is throttled to 512 Kbps or 384 Kbps.

Instead, Hungry eSIM offers fixed data plans that can be used for 30 days, such as 20 GB, 10 GB, 5 GB, or 3 GB. These fixed data plans give a set amount of high‑speed data for the entire validity period and can be more cost‑effective for most travelers unless they require very heavy data usage.

Hungry eSIM does not offer an Afghanistan eSIM that includes a phone number or SMS capability. Only data‑only eSIMs are available from the provider for Afghanistan. Travelers who need voice or messaging can use VoIP applications such as WhatsApp, Telegram or iMessage over the data connection, but some destinations may restrict or block these services, so it is advisable to confirm that the apps you plan to use are accessible in Afghanistan before buying an eSIM.

Hungry eSIM offers ten single‑country data plans for Afghanistan. The available options range in price from $5.20 through $137.20 and in data cap from 500 MB up to 20 GB.
