“I bought 4 esim for Japan travel. Very bad experience. For the first day, it auto connected to Softbank service, and extremely slow and lost connection from time to time. Checked the usage, it's less than 1GB usage. The customer support was useless. Will not buy it again”
“I do not recommend this site for purchase. Before purchasing, I came across a number of negative reviews, but I decided to try my luck anyway. Here's my experience: In Uzbekistan, everything worked perfectly for one day, but the speed was terrible on the second day. In South Korea, everything worked well, but in China, everything worked well for two days, and then the internet simply disappeared, even though I still had plenty of data and time left. There is no support, and the AI agent responds by saying that I am doing something wrong.”

“Bought 3 of their Hong Kong & Macau 7 day eSIMs and none of them worked on my Google Pixel 9A and Pixel 10 phones, they ended up gave me one replacement eSIM from a different vendor and refunded the other two. My relatives bought 4 of their 7 day Hong Kong only eSIMs around the same time as me and they all worked flawlessly.”

“Payment process went smoothly. No registration is a bliss. However, avoid this carrier if your destination is the Brazilian Northeast coast. After installation, I couldn't get service so activation never happened. After 24h actively speaking to their customer service via telegram, I have yet to receive my refund. The support keeps asking irrelevant questions that had been answered in my initial email.”
“Really bad customer support”

“The application is good and the coverage depends on chosen supplier. Some suppliers are good, others need to be enhanced. The speed and coverage depends on the service provider and on the country infrastructure. Rate is acceptable.”

“Trusted provider and amazing customer support!
I bought a voice+data esim for my travel to the States, but after activation I had issues with the data, despite voice calls and SMS working well.
I contacted the customer support team via Whatsapp who were very responsive and issued me an additional data-only esim (1GB) until they could resolve the issue with the original one.
The team was very supposed and solved all my issues and did not leave me hanging while I am traveling and need the data connection at all times.
Highly trusted and reliable, based on my experience.”

“I bought a data-only eSIM for the US.
Checkout was straight forward, esim activation was quick, just scanned the QR code on a Google Pixel phone.
Signal strength seems pretty solid so far, and I didn't experience any connectivity issues.
Highly recommended.”

“I bought it for my short trip in Kazakhstan and got great experience due to routing in United Kingdom (most of eSIM providers use Singapore routing that is really slow in Kazakhstan). On LTE I've got 50-100 Mbps download and 50 Mbps upload speed.
So I definitely recommend buying this one for Kazakhstan to get stable connection without issues.”

“Hello, I purchased an unlimited data eSIM from esim.dog for my 5-day Umrah trip to Mecca, and it was a terrible experience from start to finish. Despite the signal being strong, the internet speed never exceeded 200kbps, making it impossible to browse.
I am aware that Saudi Arabia has certain internet restrictions, and I even used a paid VPN service to try and fix the issue. After switching between multiple countries on my VPN, I was barely able to use WhatsApp for texting. Web pages wouldn’t load even after refreshing 2-3 times, and images were non-existent. Without a VPN, I couldn't even access local Saudi flight or train booking sites. This was easily the worst eSIM service I have ever used. Think twice before buying.”

“Do not ever buy an eSIM from this company. After installing the eSIM and arriving in Canada, I had no internet access for about ten hours. Just imagine being in a foreign country with no data connection because they can’t provide a working SIM. The speed didn’t go above 120 kilobytes. After contacting customer support multiple times and reinstalling the eSIM twice, it finally started working. However, the plan was for five days, and after just one day the speed dropped again to 120 kilobytes, making the eSIM basically unusable.
Don’t buy it spend your money elsewhere.”

“Service not great for southern italy. Use Saily”

“Recommended, worked well.
Support is crazy🙏🏼”
“Bought a 1gb EU 30 days sim. Data never worked. Phone works fine withnother eSIMs asked support about help and APN info. Have not hear back from them in 48h. Asked for refund, will dispute credit card charges if no contact. So far a total bust and or scam.”

“I have used Airalo in about 20 countries and I was quite satisfied mostly. In Mexico though, they are useless unless you stay in the biggest cities. They connect to Movistar network in there and if you plan to travel around, it is absolutely useless with no coverage in most places where other providers have a good signal. ”

“No way to use after activation in china”

“Bought a 14-day eSim from Yoho. After 5 days, it expired. I uploaded a screenshot as proof. Also, they advertise 24/7 support but that's also not true. Their chat support says "Live Chat" only for show since no one is responding there. There are plenty of cheap eSim available out there. Choose a different company.”

“It’s good”

“Amazing speed low latency super local esim”

“Active my sim”

“Delivered Europe eSim does not work / connect to any network (others do, this one doesn't even with manual APN / roaming settings, so no, not a user error).
Considering the then following communication with their "support" I suspect this provider to be a scam.”

“I can confirm the network throttling for China mainland.”
“No data, no support”

“I used Unlimited eSIM for 30 days and it is absolutely one of the best options for Thailand. I've got +66 phone number and residential IP address that belongs to dtac. Internet performance is really good, on 5G I've got about 300 Mbps download and 30 Mbps upload speed.”

“Worked flawlessly. Polish IP. Easy to buy with no app”

“it's from t mobile directly have better network speed and low latency
you should check your gmail‘s spam folder
everything works good”

“No good not recommending to other people using esim..4g sometimes 5g but i cant browse even Messenger Facebook and other can't use i follow all how to install my iPhone 14 can't use data my experience this link is not good i will go back mobimatter apps to buy esim expensive but its working here is scamers”

“Worst!!! Esim not working, I bought a 20GB Plan for South Africa and is it not Working”

“Used Micro-Esim for the first time, went great.
Bought online, got sent a QR code by email, downloaded it to my android and installed it, had it off as second SIM until landed in China and then turned it on, worked great for the time I was in China.
Could not get Instagram or TikTok to work but that will be due to country rules and not the SIM.”

“It's a scam, the other comments warning about this scam are absolutely true. Don't waste your money.”

“Good”

“good”

“was quick and easy. super happy and my connection was really good. I got the same for my girlfriend”

“good”

“Calls & SMS didn't work at all. Could neither receive or make/send. The eSIM doesn't appear to support calls at all - it's a VoIP service via the app, but doesn't work anyway.
Many users have the same problems. Had I read the reviews before purchasing them I wouldn't have wasted my money.
Data was ok, sometimes slow even with good signal.”

“Perfect, works seamlessly. Did it on arrival. Clic clic, and I was online in less than 2 minutes. Would absolutely recommend to anyone !!!”
“Very good Experience”

“Doesn't work in Canada, tried Rogers Wireless (Blue) and Freedom Mobile Canada (Black) routes.
Fortunately, support is good and will give you a refund.”

“Good”

“Not recommended. The esim are not working on more then 3g speed. Will never buy again.”

“Able to activate this eSIM from Indonesia however unable to connect to any provider in Singapore. Refund process was quite easy. I gave two stars because of how easy the refund process was otherwise one star.”

“Terrible. Connectivity didn’t work; they basically just ripped me off. Cannot even reach their customer support. Instead of connecting me with EGYPT (which I paid for!), they connect with another polish provider with whom I can of course not use the internet. I’d give 0 stars, if I could. ”

“Pre-installed Nomad eSIM on a 10GB/30day plan. Activation at the Guangzhou airport after a 15 hr flight was bit challenging. I used the combination of Airport Wi-Fi & Firsty Tier 1 Free Basic to bootstrap start Nomad. Provisioning and activatin took less than 5 minutes max. Nomad has implied VPN features, so to really use the cellular connection service provided by partner China Telecom, under Settings I disabled wi-fi in my iPhone 16 and primary SIM. I was able to access 90% of my Apps (normally blocked: YT, FB, WhatsApp, Outlook emails, Gmails, etc.). Some locations even with signals at 4-bars, both eSIMs appeared not working, that is the network connection issues and not the eSIM's fault. Overall very satisfied with Nomad (paid) DL upto 90Mbs and Firsty (free) 230Kbs as backup.”

“Exelant”

“Good esim”

“Worked great in Hurghada, Luxor, Aswan and Abu Simbel”

“I have bought 20 GB İnternet.
But not coming e mail to connect
”

“Delays, Misleading Product Info, and a Frustrating Refund Process
I bought two 33GB eSIMs for the Philippines and they were completely unusable — SMART required local‑resident documents, which Airhub never mentioned. Support ignored my ticket for 17 days, then claimed they had replied (they hadn’t) and even leaked another customer’s email in a screenshot.
After weeks of excuses and delays, they only offered a 50% refund for a service that never worked at all.
Unreliable service, misleading info, and very poor support.”

“Had a good service from esimfly, they offer the best price and coverage.
I had a support issue that they were able to handle very quickly.”

“I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received. After only a few hours of use, my entire 10GB data package was already depleted, which is completely unacceptable and frankly impossible under normal circumstances.
This reflects very poorly on the company’s reliability and transparency. I did not pay for a service that fails so quickly and without any reasonable explanation.
I expect an immediate clarification and an appropriate resolution, as this level of service is unacceptable”

“Magnificent”

“Honestly its the first time i tried esim from Strong esim and i only chose as it was the Cheapest esim deals i could find. But it worked very well and no issues whatsoever”
“Not bad
”

“It was very good and nice”

“Scammers - purchased esim, received no confirmation of order and no login. Tried to access support and no response. No idea why esimdb are allowing this site to advertise”

“Never received the esim. Support chat doesn't answer.
”

“I've paid but haven't received the esim qrcode or email.”

“Can't do handshake no matter what I try.”

“Easy to purchase and setup, had a full day layover in Shanghai and I got the 1GB 1 Day plan, speeds were very good and had no troubles connecting and using the data”

“Telecel - worst in Zim
Avoid ”
“reasonable prices, good connection. never lost connection before expiry date & time.”
“Good ”

“Don't use this site. They will steal your money. I received an esim what was already been used.”

“Great, very happy. No connection via Asia or similar, original T-Mobile Sim, unlimited. If you are flying with united, you are even eligible to use the Wifi for free, since you are a T-Mobile Customer with the Sim.”

“It's a big SCAM.
You received a mail with a fake already activated esim and support isn't reacheable.
Website is almost fake and the email doesn't exist. (mail auto reject from google)”

“Works, but slow. Seems to only work on the Movistar network.
In Buenos Aires, I got OK 4g service. But everywhere else, including Mar del Plata and around, it degraded to intermittent 3g service, often showing a signal, but unable to send and receive data of any kind. In a country that depends on QR code payments etc., this was a letdown.
Pick a different eSim if you're going to be in Argentina.”

“Turkey doesnt have 5G except some spesific places. So the 5G thing is a lie. I got a maximum of 20 mbps so i guess the 5 mbps thing is a lie as well. The esim took a bit to generate. There is a lot of latency. It gives you a london ip adress from a swedish company when its supposed to give you a polish one. Overall experience gets a 5/10”

“Terrible connection. 90% of the time, 3G coverage. 4G rarely appears. 5G is absent.”

“Avoid by any means. Very bad user experience. eSIMs stop work in a random time before data or days exceeded (for example on 13 day of 30 days plan), no refund from company.”

“Very good”

“Looks good ... but the website has no way to buy !!!
I've been trying for 10 minutes and still can't find a way.”

“Slam”

“Choppy coverage, sometimes too slow to use. Left me stranded without possibility of calling an Uber.”

“Seconding what another user wrote: speed is really slow, about 0.3 Mbps in UAE..”

“First sim worked well and purchased another sim card for my trip”

“One of the few services that has a good price AND japanese routing.
Many other services route your traffic through HongKong or another asian country to lower the cost, which gives you slow speeds/high latency.
It took me a bit to set it up since I didn't know that you have to set up the APN at first. The other review here posted a setup tutorial. But after knowing that, setting it up was easy.
After that it works flawlessly.
Data only, 4G only, fast speeds, no dead zones.
Will book again.”

“Good”

“Good sim card”

“not good.. in hanoi, showed lte in beginning then just went to 3g. spies were only 3g even when showing lte. thank god it was only $5, but still bad esim provider.”

“Scam! Their global sim DOES NOT WORK in Maldives!”

“Horrible experience. Would like to give zero stars. Bought 2 sims for 20 EUR and neither works. Support team made me spend 3+ hours doing manual tweaks to end up saying it's a coverage issue and won't refund me. I've tested 10+ esims in many countries and this is the worst. AVOID at all costs!”

“Purchased for 7 days and worked perfectly”

“Wifio is best-in-class. Full stop.
Security: Direct connection to a Swiss network operator (no routing through third-party providers like a lot of others).
Speed: Real 5G. No marketing fluff, it just performs.
Price: Honestly, there’s nothing cheaper that delivers at this level!”

“I used Jetpac eSIM in Bali. It worked perfectly, but outside of Bali, the network speed decreased significantly. Otherwise, the experience was smooth. If you plan your trip outside of Bali for most of the time, then you should consider something else.”

“Agree to the review below,
They are not providing 5G as advertised and even 4G is extremely slow in my speed test. Also they do not acknowledge their own terms of service for refunds, talking to customer service is useless. Do not get.”

“Bad, connection is limited to 4G and throttled for sure via GLO NG.”
“Through two weeks of a four week trip it has essentially never worked baring a few moments here and there where it miraculously connected to the Digicel Network. I used it once for about 200mb as a hotspot before that stopped as well. Virtually useless and needed to buy a local SIM, from the same provider (Digicel) which works perfectly. This provider, in the Caribbean at least, should be avoided. Plus the help email responses just kept telling me they could not find any issues and to ensure I have settings correct, so pretty useless in that regard as well as they never actually found a solution.”

“Good”

“10GB for 7 day ESim. Seemed to work fine at first in Haifa area, albeit with signal strength coming and going. When I moved to Tel Aviv area, the ESim stopped connecting to the network entirely. Support (via e-mail) were unable to resolve the issue, so they offered to refund me but I have yet to receive it”

“🤝”

“Terrible company. Scammers! I highly recommend not using them! I got an eSIM for India. I set everything up according to the instructions. But the SIM won't connect to any carrier! Support said they'd help me within 24 hours, but three days later, they haven't responded. My vacation was already over, so I asked for a refund. After much persuasion, they said it would be returned in 2-3 days. It's been 9 days now, and I still haven't received a refund! Support hasn't helped at all. They simply stole my money.”

“It showed connecting to the network but internet was not working. Waste of time.”

“3rd class experience. The calling option never worked. Reached out to customer care and they had no idea about the plan purchased here. Save your money and buy something else.”

“The customer service is outstanding! They are so fast and kind. Also Great value for the price. I'm getting better data than the major carriers.”

“I do not like eSIM888’s Japan eSIM. The internet kept going off during the trip. It was not stable. Also, their customer service was very hard to find. No one answered us. It made our trip bad. I will not use it again.”

“Awful. I don't know the reason but in 2 days the SIM just refused to connect to the network. After a week it connected again and worked fine for another 3 days but now it won't connect again. Awful experience, never experienced it with any other SIM card. Support is useless, and keeps asking the same questions over and over. I've purchased a SIM from another provider, and it's working fine.”

“They offer a wide range of options in terms of pricing and duration, and they also provide eSIM card for the USA. Now that I’ve used it a few times, I’m extremely happy with the service. Their customer support is slow but they resolved the Issues as soon as possible but good Gob.”

“Its not working and they are just reading my messages with no response? Is this a scam??????? Very frustrating”

“I bought the South Africa 10GB for 15days plan. Website is a little slow in order to buy the plan but once gone through, the esim setup was straightforward, able to share via a hotspot and worked fine.”

“My friend recommended Esimzon and now I get why. Their support team literally helped me at midnight when my phone didn’t pick the network. They refreshed the eSIM from their side and it started working immediately.
Great service!”
