Used Yoho twice in the last month for jaunts into the US. Cheap plans that work great for my needs. I am not normally streaming, but downloading music, maps,
research on the fly…
Had an issue with the eSIM not being formed, but relogging in solved it.
Terrible esim. Does not work at all. And worst of all no customer service support. And to top it off they have a terrible app. No refund. Feel it's a scam.please don't purchase this esim.
I bought 14 300GB eSIMs for Europe and they all stopped working when they reached 35GB. I filed a complaint with AirHub and they told me they didn't actually provide 300GB and only offered 35GB. I asked for a refund and they never gave it to me. That company is a scam. Stay away if you don't want to be scammed.
AIRHUB is a SCAM. They are thieves who steal your money and give you eSIMs with less GB than they offer.
It didn't worked most of the time.
I bought sim card on airport (Unitel-T) for my wife and it was ok. Esim from MTX used the same network, but didn't want to work.
It worked perfectly throughout Europe, the esim is easy to instal and instructions were clear
Horrible experience. I was never able to activate the eSIM. I kept getting kicked out as the app attempted to register on different networks. I followed dozens of troubleshooting steps with customer service, all without success. I escalated the issue twice, but it was never resolved. I ended up spending four hours of my vacation trying to get it to work.
In the end, I purchased another eSIM from a different provider — it worked like a charm. I even bought another one for use in Panama, which also worked flawlessly and was incredibly easy to activate.
Avoid this service like the plague. It feels like a scam. Even the app looks like an online casino, not a professional eSIM provider.
Horrible experience. Never again. I lost $25 on the Global XL plan, which I never got to use.
Only the payment system works, price was debited from my card but then I just get "unknown error manufacturing esim".
Support does not respond.
Seems to be a scammer website, pity that they are listed here.
No issues in the US. I bought 7 eSIMs and we activated them without any problems upon arrival. In fact, one person ended up not traveling, so I contacted their customer service, and within 24 hours they replied and refunded me for the unused eSIM. A perfect 10/10.
I tried ordering the FREE plan and set it up on my iPhone SE2.
At first, the eSIM activation stayed in “processing on the server” status for about 10 minutes without any response, so I just left it for a while until it finally completed.
After that, the phone stayed out of service and couldn’t connect to the network for over an hour. I had almost given up, but eventually, it just started working on its own.
In terms of speed, there were no issues.
While using the service, I kept checking the data usage on the website, but after reaching 0.01GB, the connection stopped working completely. I thought maybe the usage display was just delayed, but even the next day, it hadn’t updated. It felt like I had used more data than what was shown, so the website’s usage display doesn’t seem very reliable.
i bought an esim from SMARTLINE INC. using a card that i only used there, and after that i received attempts of fraud transactions.
Overall it was a pleasant experience. Purchase and setup was quick and easy. Will use again if needing a short term Esim for travel.
Used it multiple times. First time the activation email arrived in my spam inbox and I was panicking. Activation process requires a few more steps than with other providers but very easy process good to follow.
Last time I activated the eSIM before I left europe, and my United flight had free internet for T-Mobile users, and the phone number I got for this Esim worked as well!
Worked well through 4 Canadian provinces. Tethering worked perfectly too.
SIM seemed to be provided via a Polish network as I often got search results that assumed I was in Poland.
took 2 mins to activate but it said in the mail it'd take 30mins even up to 24 hrs, scared me a little
Like Ben who gave a review. I tried everything to get this to work. It would show I had signal but would not pass data. I looked it did not auto getting APN settings. I tried many settings and could never get it to allow any data in. So it was a waste of money my wife also lost money on breeze. I did go to a different esim company (Globalesim) that allowed bell and was able to setup an apn that worked fine for that company.
Bought their Vietnam eSIM with Viettel number. Was extremely good. I believe it's exactly the same as prepaid Viettel SIM product available to tourists at the airport, just in eSIM form. Excellent Ping (below 50ms), fast speeds. Solid choice.
The worst e sem I ever used
It was not able to be installed and there were no supper or help center to inquire
I sent email but no reply and no way to refund
Was on a cruise ship for these four countries (MSC world Europea). This plan has multiple network carriers per country so I was able to have coverage even while on the boat in the middle of the ocean because it was able to switch carriers so quickly. Plus I got the Europe + USA plan so I was able to use the remaining data at home instead of using my regular cellular plan.
The network is very unstable, download speed is bad, upload speed is awful, but after 700 mb the sim just turned off and that's it. EDGE and no internet access.
Bought a plan and nowhere in the checkout process was 4G only mentioned. Contacted support and they cancelled the plan as requested but they also pettily banned my account.
My God. I’m so stupid. I didnt check the reviews. It is a scam and their customer service is the worst. Avoid them like the plague.
Connectivity and speeds were spotty in Osaka and Kyoto. eSIM did NOT support hotspot sharing. Would not buy an eSIM from this provider again.
It didnt connect ntt docomo. It connects iij and its around 5 mbps, too slow..
I ordered several eSIMs for my team for our trip to Switzerland. The coverage and speed were amazing and super reliable! Everyone was really happy. I totally recommend it.
DID NOT WORK... Threw my money away, couldn't get support. don't waste your time, effort and money, so disappointed. Plan expired and not a MB used.
very cheap and fast - worked all over France for me. support was active on whatsapp for any questions I had.
The eSIM was reliable for maps, social media, and basic browsing, though in some areas the speed wasn’t as fast as I expected. Still, it saved me a lot of stress and was way more affordable than roaming charges. Overall, I think it’s a really good option if you want a smooth, hassle-free way to stay connected while traveling.✨✨
I had a great experience using Esimzon Egypt eSIM. The data speed was fast and reliable, perfect for navigation and streaming and customer support is excellent specially Harry, recommend esimzon for anyone traveling to Egypt
Horrible. The service never worked. SIM never was able to register with a network. I tried troubleshooting for 2 days losing 2 or 3 hours talking with CS, they asked me to do several things nothing worked, they gave another Sim same thing. The CS was slow to respond and powerless, I escalated the ticket and nobody answer. I purchased a Sim from other company and worked great. Never again! Beware is a scam because I lost my $25!
10gb sim used across Europe. Worked great for 10 days, then suddenly the speed just dropped to 40kbps despite still showing 5G.
Customer service non-existant. No response to live chat or useful info online so had to buy another sim from jetpac.
Tried the free 500mb offer. Bit of a faff to get set up as you have to download the app, then there's no indication the free sim is active. Worked well in France until it completely stopped working after about 20 hours and 130mb of use.
For a Google Pixel 8, I bought the unlimited national US package by USA eSIM and I can only say it worked flawlessly. I'm from Europe and the eSIM was released and made available even before we left Europe, so when I was in JFK airport I had access.
I will admit, I was a little nervous this was a scam, but I really can't complain. T-Mobile network, flawless delivery via email and directly on the phone, unlimited data - also via hotspot and tethering, and I've not been subject to any throttling. Your Internet access point is directly on T-Mobiles network and not via Hong Kong, like the rest of the cheap options.
All in all, if you need data access on your phone in the US, this seriously the best deal you may find.
Bought an unlimited data plan for 30 days. It's not only the cheapest option, but works without throttling and any other limits set. Good choice for Azerbaijan.
I bought the 30 days plan esim for Colombia and tried to activate it upon arrival without success. I had to buy another esim from another company which worked right away and for 1 week. After several exchanges, the esim finally was activated. BUT, everytime I needed WIFI to connect to the network and get data. I told them the problem and asked for refund since I never was able to use it. They refused. So you buy an esim to get data but to get data you need wifi to connect to the network.
Worst experience with esim, especially if you need it to move around in cities like Bogota.
I bought the North America 4gb SIM specifically becauase it uses the Rogers network and im going somewhere in Canada with only rogers towers. Guess what? The SIM only works on Bell/Telus and doesnt work on rogers tower. Trying to get a refund but their chat support is slow.
Eskimo eSIM- caution!!
After you install the Eskimo travel eSIM, trial or otherwise and decide to deactivate and close your account. The device can no longer be used again should your sell your smart phone or give to someone else. Quote in the Eskimo Support and email: "You will also not be able to create a new account on the same device in the future." Speeds were 50-90MbpsDL/4-9Mbps UL, not too bad.
Basically, your Android or iPhone device is black listed from future installation by a new user or same owner. SOL in either case.
Due to this condition, I generously gave a 1-Star rate for re-installation that was impossible after deletion and deactivation of 1st time use account even if I were to purchase a plan and scan the original QR code. Not a good way to market the product.
🚫 Definitely not recommended for:
• Shared devices
• People trying to test their service first
• Reuse with new accounts for friends/family
Bought the 500gb unlimited 1 day plan of USD 10 for Qatar. It's being marketed that plan is not throttled. But in reality it's throttled at 10mbps. Shame shame.
As the other reviewer mentioned setup was a bit tedious with having to manually configure a connection on android. but it worked perfectly as soon as I landed in Japan. 50GB for €22 was a great deal for my 3 weeks Japan.
Hotspot worked also and I had good data connection all around Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka.
Just to make others aware. attached is a sample of the setup process that has to be followed, it seems daunting at first but it was easy enough to setup.
Signed up for them because their website advertises Rogers as provider, and Rogers is the only provider with service in the remote location I travelled to. Upon activating the esim, the provider was actually Telus, and did not work where I was. I contacted PhoneBox to request a transfer to Rogers or a refund, but was denied on both accounts. This company is horrible, customer service is unwilling to help. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for a service provider.
5G everywhere good price, you can use the chatgpt and others with vpn easy !!
I used Travel Gator’s eSIM during my UK trip and it worked great. Setup was fast, and I got connected in minutes. Coverage was strong in most places, with reliable 4G in cities and decent service even in rural areas. Customer support was quick and helpful when I had a question. Overall, a smooth and hassle-free way to stay connected without swapping SIM cards and carry heavy wifi device. I’d definitely use it again.
data roaming worked somehow but there is no support.
There is mentioned to postpone the start but it was impossible. When I tried to contact support, no help, no answer. It was last time I used this company. Never again. I cannot recommend.
It didn't work for me because the app limits usage to specified phone models. I tried to use it on an Infinix Smart 8 and it's not compatible, then on a Samsung A34 and still not compatible. I recommend expanding the list of models with access to eSIM so it can be more widely used
a lot of websites and apps did not work. e.g, swarm.
dns did not resolve them. i had to use a vpn additionally.
carriers:
rogers did not connect. telus and bell worked with above limitations.
also, it was LTE for me, not 5G.
Bought two of their O2 50gb plans. One worked fairly well, the other refused to work in most of Spain. Nonexistent support. Poor performance. Would not buy again.
everything was very good, I really liked it and will continue to use it
trash took very long time to install and it has been 3g everywhere and only one carrier shown not 3 as they say
Terrible service, I had to manually select the network they asked me to and still won't work. Not recommended.
Their support was top notch, the process overall is pretty easy and the internet was very quick
This was my first time downloading an e-SIM. I used an iPhone 15 and everything was very simple. I didn't use the calls, just the data plan, 5GB for 10 days in Australia for $6, and it worked great. The price was very reasonable, and although I didn't check the remaining data, I can say that it was enough for me.
The esim would not connect to their partner provider's (Rogers) networks, I spent all day emailing back and forth with breeze customer service trying to get the right apn settings but they were clueless and could only tell me to create an apn and put data.esim into the apn field and nothing else. This did not work. I tried the apn settings that I found on rogers website, but they also did not work.
fyi using a xiaomi 14t which is esim enabled. I followed all of the set up instructions available on Breeze's website.
complete waste of a day.
Travelling with them across europe not first time -
VERY different expirience from competitors because of their soft!! Free music, free movies (!!!), you can even download them and watch over your flight - welcome. Pricing - just use their YOYOs !! No completion on the market.
The SIM card been delivered upon some hours, so the service is reliable. The prices are good enough, and since the service is new, upon last review they been added support in messengers.
Their eSIM works on the 3 (Tri) network, which isn’t as strong as TSEL but offered mostly decent coverage. Speeds were solid, with latency under 100ms (better than I expected). Not much to complain about. Can recommend.
Wifio is a hidden gem in the eSIM jungle!
I had a great experience, the connection was exactly as promised: extremely fast, stable, and truly unlimited.
I ended up staying in Switzerland longer than planned, and extending the eSIM was super easy. Amazing support and overall experience. I’ll definitely book with Wifio again!
Throttled to 12 mbps. Otherwise perfect connection and excellent price.
After a satisfied test in 2024 with Yesim in Turkey, it was clear to me to go for an eSIM from Yesim also during my vacation in 2025.
Activation is super easy, it is even possible to buy it in advance and activate it at a later time (for example, when the vacation starts). Deferred activation. Very convenient.
I was curious about the connection speed in 2025 and was amazed at how fast the Internet was with Türk Telekom.
In 2025 the download speed was between 30 and 50 Mbps and the upload was super high above 90 Mbps.
The network was 4G/ LTE+ - since 5G is almost not yet built out in Turkey (only in and around Istanbul and certain soccer stadiums)
You get a Polish IP address with Yesim (Polish provider Plus) which gives the advantage of being able to access/view/use all apps and websites without problems (Geoblock/Countryblock)
Very satisfied with Yesim and will use this app again in the future.
Turkish Riviera - Antalya - Belek
15GB Option used.
Used: May/June 2025
At first i need to set up apn settings then after that i used it and excellent, no problem, fast 5G connection.
Good! The processing speed is pretty good and it is much easier than going to a physical store to buy a card.
I’ve used Billion Connect for multiple eSims abroad now, and I’ve found them great every time. Their customer service responds pretty quickly to any issues, and the sims are cheap and work well. Be aware the sims are mostly based in Hong Kong so if you’re geographically far from there the latency might be a little high, and you may need a VPN for things like TikTok to work, but I’ve had very few issues.
In terms of speed it wasn’t particularly fast or slow, just average. The connection was mostly through SIMBA, but in some locations it switched to StarHub. The biggest drawback was that, since it was roaming via Hong Kong, I couldn’t use ChatGPT.
The sim worked fine, but be aware that Yoho count their days as 00:00-23:59, so if you buy a sim in the afternoon or evening, the last few hours of that purchase day will count as 1 day. I was cut off nearly a full day early because I bought it in the evening.
Do not buy the Clearance esim. It's not mentioned on the website, but it's routed through Hong Kong. The connection is very bad and 5G seems capped at slow speeds. I had issues keeping a consistent connection and ended up buying a MobiMatter esim that has worked flawlessly.
The product claimed to support multiple carriers, so I decided to try out the "eSIM, 3GB, 30 Days, Japan" for use in Japan.
It seems the APN "vmobile.jp" (iij) can be used, but... is this really multi-carrier?
As a UK resident travelling to the US for family visits and tourism, I purchased the 15-day unlimited data plan from iRoamly. To My surprise, it genuinely offered unlimited usage the only minor issue was slight initial connection latency (possibly due to roaming handover). As a heavy user of YT and TT with high data demands, this plan exceeded my expectations. Having visited the US multiple times, this is the first truly reliable unlimited eSIM I've encountered. Highly recommended!!
I have used USA eSIM a number of times for myself and family travelling to the US. Great customer service via email and T-Mobile coverage for both data and calls is reliable. Also allows for wifi connectivity on some US airlines, when flying in the US, which I found very handy on the American Airlines and Alaska Airline flights I took.
I suggest setting the eSIM activation to occur prior to your departure where you have access to Wifi/mobile data, to allow activation to successfully occur, or connect to wifi at your destination prior to attempting to activate your eSIM.
At the end it's scam. The support section in the app has no function. The unlimited sim gets blocked after 10GB of usage. It's waste of money. No reaction no nothing. Just don't buy it.
**BE WARNED**
Was about to purchase x3 eSIMs for USA when I saw this.
"Please note that TikTok, ChatGPT, and Gemini are not supported with this eSIM."
It states this for ALL their USA eSIMs.
I looked up Australia & France and there doesn't seem to have the same restrictions. Hong Kong doesn't, however they use CSL which I've used before and they restrict access to Western TikTok
YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED
Attractive prices, easy to install and fast speed internet. Worked straight away
Very good but Polish IP so I had to use a VPN for some functions.
Beware: 1) No call/text available in South Korea. 2) Routed via HK so not the best service due to latency, but the same as most competitors in SK for eSIM. 3) Weird discrepancy on their website about price in USD vs charged amount ($1.00 USD more is charged than shown online). How do I know? I bought 3 eSIMs from Giga.Tel in South Korea, and over 10 from eSIM competitors. So far they are still the cheapest for the same 30GB and quality of service. Plus you can checkout with American Express in case of a dispute (MobiMatter does not allow Amex)
Used the Turkey eSIM right after landing in Istanbul. Had great connection during the bus ride to Cappadocia, could work and even stream movies without issues. Was great choice for me and will continue to use.
I recently purchased a premium eSIM plan from Yoho Mobile, expecting reliable service during my travels. Unfortunately, the experience was consistently disappointing across two different countries: the United Kingdom and Israel.
Connectivity Issues: The internet connection was highly unstable in both countries. While it occasionally worked, it would frequently drop without warning. More critically, VoIP services were virtually unusable. Calls via VoIP.ms would initiate but drop immediately, and WhatsApp calls would connect briefly before losing connection.
Device Compatibility: I tested the eSIM on two different devices—my Samsung S24 and my wife's Pixel 9—both experienced identical issues, indicating the problem was not device-specific.
Server Location Concerns: It appears that Yoho Mobile routes its traffic through servers in Hong Kong. This routing caused additional complications, as certain AI services and applications are restricted or blocked in that region. Without a VPN, many essential apps were inaccessible.
Unexpected Discrepancy in Reviews: What puzzles me is the overwhelmingly positive reviews Yoho Mobile has received on platforms like Trustpilot, boasting a 4.7 rating. Given my experience, I find it hard to reconcile such high ratings with the service I encountered. It's surprising that a company providing this level of service maintains such a high rating, especially when most providers in this sector have more moderate reviews.
Resolution: Out of necessity, I switched to another eSIM provider. The difference was immediate and stark—stable internet connectivity and fully functional VoIP services without the need for a VPN.
Conclusion: Despite positive reviews I encountered during my research, my experience with Yoho Mobile was overwhelmingly negative. The combination of unreliable connectivity, server-related restrictions, and the discrepancy between advertised and actual service quality makes it difficult to recommend their services.

They wrote about free test offer 250MB - but it is not true, they didn't give me this free 250MB
Do not use this provider! I have used several esims but this one is not working, only at very low speeds. Contacted customer support. React very slow and could not resolve. After a lot of complaints agreed to refund. Took 3 weeks to refund. they only processed refund after 3 weeks when complaining again. Do not recommend. Not worth the money. Even 1 star is too much
Unfortunately Global eSIM is not working 98% of the time. Only 3G and nothing loads.
Very bad.
On advertising been mentioned 2 days unlimited for 0 USD for new signers. After you collect my data and sign up, price goes to 7 USD. . 👎
As soon as I land in a new country, it’s just a few simple steps to activate the eSIM—and I’m instantly connected!
The connection is way more stable than my original telco’s roaming, and best of all—no more swapping SIM cards or re-adding eSIMs every time I travel.
Definitely a game-changer for frequent travellers like me! 😊🌍
Supera link functioned perfectly for me in Singapore when i visited last march, providing 5G coverage across the whole city on the local du network
But when visiting smaller island nations, you might find that the local networks have limitations. It's worth thinking about how internet access is provided to these little islands
Don't by , not working in Canada, help center not help nothing !
I used this eSIM for a recent trip to the US, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. As a first-time eSIM user, I was a bit nervous about the setup, but installation was incredibly easy and straightforward. The connection was super fast and reliable the entire time. I’m already planning to use them again for my upcoming trip to Thailand. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a good and simple solution!
It seems the roaming provider has changed from Singtel to KPN. As a result, data now routes through the Netherlands, thus higher latency than before (200+ms). It connects to Smart network. There were several occasions when the signal dropped to "E" (Edge), and data could not be used. This might be due to local coverage issues. The latency is still manageable, but the occasional loss of connectivity is a bit inconvenient. I wouldn't recommend it.
Worked great 95% of the time. Speeds were 100+mbps in most areas in all the countries I visited. Ping was around 60-200ms.
Two downsides:
1. ChatGPT or apps blocked in Hongkong do not work anymore without VPN
2. In very crowded places internet would slow down a lot
