Great, very happy. No connection via Asia or similar, original T-Mobile Sim, unlimited. If you are flying with united, you are even eligible to use the Wifi for free, since you are a T-Mobile Customer with the Sim.

You received a mail with a fake already activated esim and support isn't reacheable.

In Buenos Aires, I got OK 4g service. But everywhere else, including Mar del Plata and around, it degraded to intermittent 3g service, often showing a signal, but unable to send and receive data of any kind. In a country that depends on QR code payments etc., this was a letdown.
Pick a different eSim if you're going to be in Argentina.
Turkey doesnt have 5G except some spesific places. So the 5G thing is a lie. I got a maximum of 20 mbps so i guess the 5 mbps thing is a lie as well. The esim took a bit to generate. There is a lot of latency. It gives you a london ip adress from a swedish company when its supposed to give you a polish one. Overall experience gets a 5/10
Terrible connection. 90% of the time, 3G coverage. 4G rarely appears. 5G is absent.
Avoid by any means. Very bad user experience. eSIMs stop work in a random time before data or days exceeded (for example on 13 day of 30 days plan), no refund from company.

One of the few services that has a good price AND japanese routing.
Many other services route your traffic through HongKong or another asian country to lower the cost, which gives you slow speeds/high latency.
It took me a bit to set it up since I didn't know that you have to set up the APN at first. The other review here posted a setup tutorial. But after knowing that, setting it up was easy.
After that it works flawlessly.
Data only, 4G only, fast speeds, no dead zones.

not good.. in hanoi, showed lte in beginning then just went to 3g. spies were only 3g even when showing lte. thank god it was only $5, but still bad esim provider.
Horrible experience. Would like to give zero stars. Bought 2 sims for 20 EUR and neither works. Support team made me spend 3+ hours doing manual tweaks to end up saying it's a coverage issue and won't refund me. I've tested 10+ esims in many countries and this is the worst. AVOID at all costs!

I used Jetpac eSIM in Bali. It worked perfectly, but outside of Bali, the network speed decreased significantly. Otherwise, the experience was smooth. If you plan your trip outside of Bali for most of the time, then you should consider something else.

They are not providing 5G as advertised and even 4G is extremely slow in my speed test. Also they do not acknowledge their own terms of service for refunds, talking to customer service is useless. Do not get.

Through two weeks of a four week trip it has essentially never worked baring a few moments here and there where it miraculously connected to the Digicel Network. I used it once for about 200mb as a hotspot before that stopped as well. Virtually useless and needed to buy a local SIM, from the same provider (Digicel) which works perfectly. This provider, in the Caribbean at least, should be avoided. Plus the help email responses just kept telling me they could not find any issues and to ensure I have settings correct, so pretty useless in that regard as well as they never actually found a solution.
10GB for 7 day ESim. Seemed to work fine at first in Haifa area, albeit with signal strength coming and going. When I moved to Tel Aviv area, the ESim stopped connecting to the network entirely. Support (via e-mail) were unable to resolve the issue, so they offered to refund me but I have yet to receive it
Terrible company. Scammers! I highly recommend not using them! I got an eSIM for India. I set everything up according to the instructions. But the SIM won't connect to any carrier! Support said they'd help me within 24 hours, but three days later, they haven't responded. My vacation was already over, so I asked for a refund. After much persuasion, they said it would be returned in 2-3 days. It's been 9 days now, and I still haven't received a refund! Support hasn't helped at all. They simply stole my money.

3rd class experience. The calling option never worked. Reached out to customer care and they had no idea about the plan purchased here. Save your money and buy something else.

I do not like eSIM888โs Japan eSIM. The internet kept going off during the trip. It was not stable. Also, their customer service was very hard to find. No one answered us. It made our trip bad. I will not use it again.
Awful. I don't know the reason but in 2 days the SIM just refused to connect to the network. After a week it connected again and worked fine for another 3 days but now it won't connect again. Awful experience, never experienced it with any other SIM card. Support is useless, and keeps asking the same questions over and over. I've purchased a SIM from another provider, and it's working fine.
They offer a wide range of options in terms of pricing and duration, and they also provide eSIM card for the USA. Now that Iโve used it a few times, Iโm extremely happy with the service. Their customer support is slow but they resolved the Issues as soon as possible but good Gob.

I bought the South Africa 10GB for 15days plan. Website is a little slow in order to buy the plan but once gone through, the esim setup was straightforward, able to share via a hotspot and worked fine.
My friend recommended Esimzon and now I get why. Their support team literally helped me at midnight when my phone didnโt pick the network. They refreshed the eSIM from their side and it started working immediately.

couldn't find out what number was assigned. *221# didn't work. got the number from support. however, VoLTE is not working (during calls the phone switches back to 3G). the network provider is Contel.
Based on my 5-day experience I strongly recommend NOT to buy from this company: Despite full LTE network coverage, the connection was either nonexistent or poor. It was impossible to use Google Maps, Google translator, emails, or even the browser... even WhatsApp and Telegram worked very poorly: no videos, no pictures most of the timeโฆ. waiting for agesโฆ probably the speed was 64kbpsโฆ
I wrote to them and it is true that they replied quite fast offering to helpโฆ but my holidays were almost over and the frustration too big.
On the same device I have already used 4 other eSims and never experienced such a miserable service. So I assume it was not a problem of my device and its settings.

โMy experience was terrible. The eSIM would not activate when I first tried to use it. I was stranded without service for nearly a week. The company's only solution was a 70% refund for the inconvenience. A week lost!
โFinally, a different agent stepped in, gave me the correct instructions, and I was able to use the service only after a full week.
โThe problem is, I had an urgent need for connectivity during that week and was forced to buy a new eSIM elsewhere.

Throttling, low speed after two GB instead of unlimited data as was promised. Bought another USA esim, speed became 40 times higher. Used both to download steam games.

Never got 5g connection. Connection was often lost in Hanoi and switched from LTE to 3G. Contacting customer service was not helpful as they will greet you but will not respond otherwise.
If you buy eSIM with option "activate immediately" everything works fine so far.
ATTENTION: There is also an option for future activation for a specific date
-> eSIM activation in Brazil almost impossible, worked after trying for several hours
-> eSIM has been suspended after six days without any reason (just 6 of 20 GB consumed)
-> Support was unresponsive. No answer to several messages

I had the 5-day package with 5 GB, it worked great, good speed, easy to configure, no account required for purchase. Happy with the choice.
Everything went very comfortable. eSIM was added to phone and the internet started working immediately. A huge plus is that all international services work without a VPN.

eSIM is based in Gambia and this was not specified anywhere. It provides a horrible latency (500ms) and no 5G as specified. Stay away
very bad experience I used and paid attention to monitor many times but very disappointed because I bought a 10gb package but each sim I bought used about 8.65gb then reported it was used up I used the phone data usage measurement app I went on the web to check but the app said it needed a GES code but when I bought there was no GES code to check and I contacted the chat in the app but the response was another package not mine
Great value and good enough reception for a 10day trip from Christchurch to Lake Tekapo to Queenstown.
According to the EscapeSIM rep, the service does not include calls or SMS, contrary to what is advertised.
Good instructions and super easy setup - super cheap, thought in the beginning it was sketchy but itโs not.
Could install the card before traveling which meant it didnโt require network for setup in the target country.

The eSIM works for 30 minutes and now it shows no service again. I bought 5days unlimited plan, I have been speaking with Yoho customer service for 3 hours , no refund, no solutions, just let me wait.

I buy and use eSIM all the time and this was the WORST vendor/eSIM service. eSIM did not even work from the start, and no response from the vendor. eSIMDB should delist this vendor from the website.
It's a little annoying having to submit passport for authentication but speed and latency is good. Also customer service is easy to reach by Whatsapp and really responsive and knowledgeable.

I thought it's a large company but they never got back to me regarding the age limit issue. The network quality has been horrible too, even disconnections while i was navigating.
Doesn't have a local internet breakout like it says in the page, it uses Hong Kong operator and the lag is as bad as with the other sims that are 1/6 the price, so save your money
This company sells an esim that claims to work for 100gb for USA but it cuts of after only 12gb. This company is false advertising. This company should not be allowed on esimdb.
I like esimdb and use it for all my esims worldwide, for a long time now. I do wish the navigation would become easier. So in the main overview I want to see details of 1 esim, and not go to the overview of the provider where I need to manually find the esim I saw in the overview.
Also I wish I could filter by provider (which doesn't always match the provider that you actually get). Everything else is great!
Airgun shows it will have A1 as provider but it is Yettel.
Avoid. In order to buy their product (the link through eSIMDB is invalid) you must register (to buy) through either thru 1) phone number 2) Google (social sign-on) or Apple.
Their rates are extremely low and basically too good to be true. I wasn't able to reach support. Avoid.

The connectivity is so-so. Network carrier is SoftBank and it reconnects from time to time. Not very satisfied with the stability and channeling through HK. But itโs cheap price.

I was looking for a 5GB x 15 days Viettel SIM and most websites said this package was "soldout". ChillaxSIM had it in stock but the site looked kind of sketchy. The price was low enough to give it a try and it worked great! I added the eSIM from the QR code when I was still in the states with WiFi. While it appeared on my service list it wouldn't activate. As soon as I landed in Vietnam, activation completed and the service worked perfectly (no WiFi needed). I had service in all areas we visited, even rather remote. Compared to some of my travel partners who paid per day as much as my 15 day package was, I highly recommend!

very bad coverage, I've been traveling through Zimbabwe for a week and had a connection in exactly one place (Bulawayo) and also there not everywhere. Not even in touristy places like Victoria Falls it did work. Singly avoid this eSim from Airalo. I've also used there global eSim which worked just fine.
Great prices, but incredibly slow. At most I can get 0.2mb/s, about 2000x slower than my normal Sim Card.
The first time I used an international eSIM from this website with this company, I had no problems at all. I generally got 5G, and I was even in small towns in JapanโI honestly didnโt expect it to work that well.
I highly recommend it. To avoid any issues, and since it was 20GB, I disabled several apps so they wouldnโt use data in the background. By the way, I was also sharing it with my wife.

Truly awful 3G speed on strong 5G towers in Amsterdam. I have excellent signal strength on my device, yet somehow my 300GB Europe eSIM from Airhub consistently produces 3Mpbs down and up. This strongly suggests rate limiting. Over several days it's like this with the only advice from Airhub support to restart the device, which does nothing.
