Me and my friend bought 2 eSIM cards from Manet, they took the money but didn’t send the SIM card. It’s scam!
Worked at Varadero airport then in Havana no issues. Be patient Cuba's network isn't the best
Worked at Varadero airport then in Havana no issues. Be patient Cuba's network isn't the best
I didn’t receive anything after paying the money
Worked pretty well. The provider they use for the US is Webbing, and internet breakout is through Webbing's servers in Dallas / Fort Worth in Texas. However, I bought these plans in January and February... I see a more recent review state that their plan had the internet breakout be in Europe, presumably Poland (via Plus). I'm not sure if that's a mistake on Always Mobile's part or something, but it's definitely worth emailing them ahead of time to check and make sure they didn't switch their US plans to using Plus instead of Webbing.
Useless. Did not work. Do not buy. How do I get a refund?
Infuriatingly slow even though eSIMDB customer service said low latency would feel snappier than 5G options. Couldn’t even use Google Translate image translation, and Google Maps takes significantly longer to load any given place’s details. Wouldn’t recommend or use again.
Fast speeds on Chunghwa Telecom's network through an Hong Kong service provider, which means that unless you connect to a VPN to override your location, websites/apps will think you're accessing them from Hong Kong. Minor annoyance for a very affordable and reliable eSIM though.
SIX, SEVEN STARS, EVEN MORE. I HAVE NEVER HAD AN ESIM THAT WORKED EVERYWHERE AND ESPECIALLY IN MONACO SO STABLE AND WITH 5G SPEED.
Break Out Point is Japan.
You will connect to IIJ (ISP)
You cannot use hotspot
Bought because listed as low latency with US breakout. Data works, but latency is not low and IP is in Europe.
What I loved most was the truly unlimited data with no hidden restrictions. The price was also the most affordable I could find—way better than airport or carrier options. Plus, it includes unlimited calls and texts, which made it super convenient for contacting hotels and using ride-sharing apps.
The sim isn't working if your don't provide your passport, I'm a taiwanese resident and can't use my card before it's transferring this data to china
It doesn't work! I tried it in Brazil and there was no way to get data. They also don't respond to the customer service chat
Pretty good experience, forgot to use the coupon code but price isn’t too bad comparative to other providers. One small issue my QR code didn’t appear in the email and so I had to reach out but they were honestly pretty response and got it resolved in less than 10 mins. Would definitely use again. Service and connection was reliable and stable too.
Highly discourage anyone from purchasing an Airhub SIM. We purchased five SIMS (4GB each) for our family members and they all stopped working at 1.8GB.
I contacted customer service and they refuse to help and after doing a Google search, several customers have said they receive less than half the data they paid for, which is aligned with our experience.
There are much better companies out there.
Bought a plan data and voice. Data worked well. Couldn't make any call. Assistance answered but kept saying to wait. Total scam. They sell only data as fata and voice. Asked for reimbursement. No answer. Never again.
NEVER TRY TO BUY THE AIRHUB FOR MEXICO UNLIMITED PACKAGES , ONCE YOU REACH 5G DATA OF USAGE ,YOU CAN NEVER ACCESS TO INTERNET ANYMORE, SPEEDTEST SHOWS THE IP IS FROM HOUSTON, 40 USD FOR 5G PROBABLY 2 YOUTUBE VIDEOS WOULD RUN IT OUT, BEST DEAL EVER. AND THE CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS THE WORST I HAVE EVER SEEN , 0 KNOWLEDGE ABOUT THE INTERNET AND ONLY REPEATING THE SAME STUFF ; RESTART REBOOT AND RESET, USE THIS MONEY FOR BETTER GOOD INSTEAD OF GETTING SCAMED
I bought a 1gb esim for Brazil. I tried it in different places but it doesn't connect to data. I tried to contact customer service and they don't respond.
Scam alert! Do not use Global eSIM.
My girlfriend and I went to Colombia and we chose Global eSIM. Don’t do that, whatever the price. In Bogota, the biggest city in the country, it wasn’t working 95% of the time. We tried to get explanations from them, but they just don’t care. Worst company ever.
Catastrophic experience with this operator.
Several eSIM changes due to failures in data speeds. Service was limited to 3G with speeds not even reaching Edge levels. The operator’s response: Even if the local network allows 5G (which I confirmed on another line) and good speeds, everything depends on our (terrible) agreements. Nothing can be done.
Of course, the website advertised 5G or 4G for Egypt, which turned out to be false (from Luxor to Aswan, which was my route).
Horrible. I wasted hours providing evidence, having to start over each time with different representatives.
very bad esim
rude customer support
Cartagena works okay, Medellin works very well, but do not buy for Bogota… Customer service is a big mess!!! 6-7 emails just to get useless nonsense that’s already in the help center, and I have to repeat everything and confirm tons of times… In short, 5 days without service in the largest capital city of Colombia — a real joke!!! Definitely don’t buy!!! Now I’m trying to get a refund… already at 5 emails… A scam!
Overall, it worked well. When I first connected it in Cuba it worked at the airport but not at the hotel; it started working next morning, for the whole duration of my vacation.
I used Nesa for almost 2 weeks. Nesa was working with great speed. I had a problem with internet and they immediately fixed the problem. They have a fastest customer service i have ever had. Eventhoug the problem turns out to be a local telecom provider. I encourage everybody to choose Nesa greate service.
The esim worked well for me in Qatar. I was connected to the internet from when the airplane landed at the airport.
They have the most affordable prices for all their tiers (1/3/5/10/15 GB) on esimdb.
The team is friendly and I recommend them.
You just have to scan the QR code before flying and don't forget to enable data roaming.
Bought the 7GB eSIM. Really slow and unstable with frequent connection drops. Would not recommend.
Really good experience and great price. Support was really fast and helpful
My chip only worked for a little more than a day. I was able to consume around 10% of the 4 gigas I bought before stopped working.
Impossible to find help from you.
Don't buy.
AT&T connection is mostly non-existent in Mexico - I never saw it available in the Yucatan, and very unreliable elsewhere. Customer support very unhelpful, refused to refund, blamed my settings. Don't bother, jetpac for example worked instantly without issue.
I recently traveled to France and used the RedteaGO eSIM package. I was really impressed with the experience. The price was very affordable, and the internet speed was fast. I especially appreciated being able to save money by using the esimdb discount code. It was a great choice for my trip. I highly recommend RedteaGO to anyone traveling to France.
Very bad! Be aware!!!!
Lost 45$ canadian dollars
Paid a 31$ usd esim card for spain
Link said expired 1 day data product
Tried to contact them, only possible via email!
Was leaving next day so bought from Global instead
Lost 45$
Dont buy
Easy to use, decent speeds (not particularly fast but not frustratingly slow either). But this eSIM uses roaming via Hong Kong, so I wasn't able to use ChatGPT which was a bummer.
I used Nesa Mobile during my Italy trip, had a wonderful experience, highly recommended!
fghhh
I received a Viettel esim and it worked without any problems throughout Vietnam.
Quick activation and good price. Unfortunately, frequent disconnects from network.
Zero stars if it were possible. Absolutely terrible. Easy to set up and activate, but the data signal was absolutely the worst. Like dial up 1999. Images would not load. Basic internet use was nearly impossible. Only functional for texting. I don't know what the quality is in other countries, but I would not use Breeze again, obviously. They would have to pay me.
Find out the way very easy and simple Thank you very, very much for your service
Great experience, truly local. Downloaded and was online once I landed. I was in Bogota, Suesca, Cartagena. Always good speed and local number. Thanks!
I used their unlimited 3-day plan and could use more than 20GB of data, so it seems to be indeed unlimited. However, the speed was capped at 10 Mbps the whole time.
Traffic was routed through Hong Kong, so the latency was not great but not too bad.
The issue with a Hong Kong IP is that I couldn't access some services like ChatGPT.
Very good experience. I had a consistent connection during all my stay. The speed was good, and the latency was low thanks to the internet breakouts being in Japan.
The hotspot is working after setting up the APN as documented in their guide.
The price is pretty good given the good speed and low latency.
At first ESIM wouldn't install. it was my WiFi which blocked its activation, so I used another WiFi and managed to add the ESIM. then it had no internet access and support helped me:
We recommend configuring our APN by doing the following:
1. Tap Settings
2. Tap Connections
3. Tap Mobile Networks
4. Tap Access Point Names
5. Tap the Menu button
6. Tap New APN.
7. Tap the Name field, write Globalesim
8. Tap the APN field, write internet
9. Leave all other fields empty / blank
10. Tap the Menu icon (3 dots)
11. Tap Save
After, please restart your phone giving it several minutes in order to allow it to properly reconnect to a network.
I used it only for a few days, but it worked without any issues. The signal was consistently available, and I was able to use Personal Hotspot to share data with my laptop, which was really convenient. However, the price is definitely not on the cheap side. Without the promo code discount, it wouldn't have been my first choice.
Used Jetpac eSIM for my trip to Bali because it was pretty good price during a sale.
Although the IP address was from the US, the internet breakout was in Singapore.
I wouldn't say the connection quality was exceptionally good, but it was decent enough without any major inconveniences, so it certainly passed the test.
While in Bali, it connected to Tri (3) network, and the signal was generally fine. If the price is more or less the same or cheaper, I might consider using it again for my next trip.
I must say Truely worked better than I expected in Hong Kong. With the internet breakout located within Hong Kong, the low Ping made the connection feel snappy and responsive, and the speeds were satisfactory.
The only downside was that ChatGPT couldn't be used with a Hong Kong IP address, and it would've been better if the price were a bit lower.
CAN NOT ACTIVATE
No show for customer service after multiple emails.
Great experience with eSIM Card esim
Worked well in UK + Poland. Had no problems. Bought monthly plans currently... Will update later if any bad issues occurred
I tested a few esim providers for myself and Esim4Travel was one of them. Easy to install and use, no issues. Just read the description and check if the network operator has coverage where you plan to go and you'll be fine. Very good price, would buy again.
Side note: Like with most other esims, traffic is routed through another country (it was Poland for me), so ping was 100-350ms but I had no issues with that (just like most people).
Used MicroEsim in the US with no issues. I always had reception. More affordable compared to many other providers.
Side note: Like with most esims, traffic gets routed through another country (in my case Poland with Polish IP). Expect ping of up to 350ms (in my case). Most tourists/travelers will have no issues with this.
Had to wait more than 30min to get the QR code after purchase, so it’s not instant delivery and it might be troublesome for people in a hurry to get online.
It took a while to get connected to Viettel network first. The speed was okay but the latency is crazy high, given the IP address is from Singapore. I had to manually change the network to MobiPhone to get better connection. Definitely not beginner-friendly.
It’s one of the cheap options but not sure if it’s worth a try. I wouldn’t choose this provider next time.
It was nice to have connections all over the places I visited in the USA It was really easy and fast to install it was really easy and fast to install, the connection was great and the fact that you get unlimited data for such a great price actually works fast makes it so much better than the usual sim you would buy at the airport where you only get a few gigabytes.
Bought 2x 7GB eSIMs. It worked on Claro but paid for 7GB and they both stopped working at 5 GB.
Support quickly reactivated one but not the other.
eSIMdb coupon did not work. It looked like it applied but when I paid with Visa card it was the full amount.
Also eSIM provider is Plus in Poland so internet is in Polish and you get annoying EU pop ups on Google and every site.
Local Claro SIM is much cheaper, faster, and no hassles.
I feel completely scammed. This provider's services either don’t work at all, or when they do, you can’t even load Google. After reaching out to their support, I only received basic instructions that are only helpful if you set up the eSIM incorrectly – which wasn’t the case, as I set it up properly. When I tried to address the deeper issue, they started ignoring me. In the end, I had to purchase services from another provider just to get a reliable Wi-Fi connection. I definitely cannot recommend this provider to anyone.
I bought the Africa pack and I was in Liberia and Sierra Leone and didn't have connection after 3 days not for a single minute. Not able to solve it and asked for my money back. I am still waiting
Data was unusably slow in major cities (CDMX, Oaxaca), spikey throughput but sub 500kbps and unable to stream music. Support is all automated and has yet to get back to me.
everything perfect!
The price is a bit high but the network worked perfectly and the speeds were good. Also the app they have works very well.
The price is good and the speed is fine but in my case I suffered from several outages of even a few hours without service which can be a very negative factor.
I made the mistake of not taking into account the previous bad reviews…. Don’t make the same mistake as me.
DO NOT BUY FROM ESIM!
I could not activate the sim due to error and their support is hopeless. I did not get a response after 48 hours. I already completed my travel and left the country and still no response.
It doesn't work ! On 2 phones… data roaming on, travel sim active for the internet. I do not recommend Airhub. iOS
The esims of me and my partner randomly stopped working on the second day of our vacation, their support was constantly asking me for various info, then they claims to fix the issue but for both of us nothing worked.
All is nice
fast service but esim is consuming data faster than expected. With my usual habits around 4 times faster.
I bought then another suggested by esimdb that was perfect.
Don't waste your money - Gomoworld in Oman barely worked, and when it did, it was either "E" or "H+" (which is so slow it might as well not work). Was also disappointed to find that the hotspot wasn't working, though that might be because I have a Google phone? In any event, we gave up and purchased a SIM from another company and had 5G the whole trip with them.
Thanks
My first time using a cheep esim provider. Thought I would get scammed, but that was not the case! Gave me all ten gigabytes I bought! Around the first 5GB I used, data stopped working. I than proceeded to follow there instructions on setting the apn settings to the right value and was able to continue using data. Wish they told me to do this right after I installed the esim.
positive experience
The SIM worked quite well, but they don't have a way to check the used GB. They disconnected it at 2GB even though I had paid for 4GB. I reported the issue, and they reactivated it. Now it shows that I have used 3.4GB, and they have deactivated it again. This is not fair
Used Voye while traveling in africa, had bad experience regarding the roaming operators, connectivity, speed, etc, comparing to other travel companions that used other esims with similar prices.
I paid for e esim but never got it. It looks like a scam. No support possible.
we bought esim, we received payment receipt through email and didn't receive QR code. they are asking to log in and it never allows us to log in.. complete scam..I recommend esimdb to remove this scam company from list. DONT BUY!!!!
I used Breeze and it was anything but. Missed several important emails in France and had to resort to my personal teathered Canadian internet for additional daily costs through phone provider. In UAE, this brutal eSim doesn't even work at all with no response after several hours from customer service. Extremely disatisfied. Thanks for nothing.
It could be better
Unlimited tariff downloading speed is extreemly low! description say speed 4G/5G without trottling but after 30 gigabites i have only 1,72 mbits/s
support answer - that its norm speed ! you cnt download nothing with that! its waste of money and time(((
Don't buy from Airhub. They sold me an eSIM for North America. But the IP address assigned was Polish, which means that all internet traffic was routed from NA to Poland and back - very poor performance. They don't tell you anything about this when you buy at the website. Don't use them.
All is nice
Amin
Be sure to turn on the Data Roaming option for this service provider! I was frustrated when the eSIM didn’t work initially, but it worked perfectly after enabling Data Roaming. The Monty eSIM seems to be based in the UK, and the plan I chose has a Netherlands phone number, not a Mexico number. This means Data Roaming is necessary to use this eSIM and plan in Mexico. Keep this in mind and enjoy your journey!
I live in Portugal and travel frequently, so using an eSIM provider seemed like the logical choice. Among the many options available, I chose Airalo for its competitive packages. Initially, the service worked as advertised for about a month, but since then, I’ve faced nothing but persistent and infuriating issues.
It appears that national networks have blocked Airalo from connecting, rendering the service practically useless. Unfortunately, Airalo’s support has been utterly unhelpful. Despite countless support tickets, messages, and screenshots, there has been no resolution.
What’s worse, Airalo refuses to provide a refund, instead forcing customers to accept Airalo credit. This so-called “credit” is completely worthless to me since their service does not work.
This has been a massive waste of time and productivity, especially since I rely heavily on mobile data for my work. The lack of accountability and support from Airalo is both frustrating and unacceptable.
I strongly advise anyone considering Airalo to avoid them at all costs and look for more reliable alternatives. Do not waste your money or your time.
Although the purchase went through and my friend received their order confirmation email, no QR code or other installation instructions arrived. Not recommended.
iamhave esim intarnet
Easy to buy and use. Great reception in Kuala Lumpur.
Easy to buy and use. Great reception in Bangkok and Phuket.
Bought an e-sim to use in Cuba but it doesn’t work. After connecring to a wifi to install it i get a message thaf the QR code i received ia not valid. The app also does not seem to work here. Be careful!
They did not deliver the eSIM in time, I asked many time for refund and they never refund. The support is awful, always asking for waiting. They claim to deliver eSIM within 2 hours and I waited all day and left Canada without the service. Had to select an other eSIM supplier.
Keep away from them.
The internet was extremely slow on almost all websites except YouTube. I got the 50€ unlimited package. I don't recommend at all
Writing this with review in Nov 2024, using GlobaleSIM on my iPhone. After successfully testing Gigsky I went with the cheapest price/GB. It worked well in the cities I visited: Baracoa, Imías, San Antonio, Guantánamo.
I noticed two differences, which indicate having both eSIMs improved my connectivity:
1. The phone shows 4G (GlobaleSIM) instead of LTE (Gigsky).
2. In one remote area with no GlobaleSIM connection I still had network with Gigsky.
In my case the payment via Paypal got stuck, but I assume this was a one-off. The GlobaleSIM support was super friendly and helpful during the extra week this took.
Supposedly on AT&T network, Worked in CDMX, but not at all on the coast in Oaxaca.
This service is a joke and a lost of money lost. It is not working in Tunisia. 90% of the time is disconnect and useless. You can get 10GB from Orange, from the airport with 8 Euro, or 27GB for 12 Euro. Cheaper and working perfect. I contacted customer service for help or refund but they don't bother to help you. I received no replay. Don't get fooled by the owner that provide a review for every comment on this site. They really don't care about you, they care only in taking your money for nothing.
July 27, 2024 update: no reaction from customer service, no refund, they don't care!
I paid for esim 10gb now my phone samsung note 10 plus Is not compatible. So I lost the money.

Good
Bought their 10GB plan for Malaysia. It worked way better than my expectation in Kuala Lumpur. The speeds were sufficient and the latency was around 40ms.
At least in cities, this seems to be one of the best options in terms of both price and performance.
Worked flawlessly, you just have to use the qr code from the email to set it up, the automatic app activation did not work (android). Their support on whatsapp was also fast and helpful
It so much easy to find best price plan. In one place I brought Europe 🌍 and turkey. Both on great price.
If I've listened to the previous review, should have gone with their competitor ETxxx instead. Landed in Europe, activated it, connecting flight arrived in Funchal, connected got no data allowances. Took online chat 48 hours to resolve. Then found out the included voice minutes did not work, still repair in progress. The only good thing is online chat is available everyday including Sat & Sun.
Airhub is a scam! DO NOT use it! It does not work at all in Belgium. I couldn't get the signal at all!
Fast enough but the game I play, Azur Lane, IP blocks access to global server.
I’m facing a very bad experience with GlobaleSIM in Colombia ! Since I was in Bogota, I had a terrible connection and the data wasn’t working… I’m in Cartagena and the speed is very slow, only 3G connection and just for a couple minutes because the connection breaks every time, and took 5 minutes or more to get back connected
I get in contact with the support, I did what they said but at the end, they said that they can do nothing to improve the connection.
