Roamic eSIM Data Plans for Afghanistan

Roamic does not provide a truly unlimited data eSIM for Afghanistan. The plans that carry the label “Unlimited Data” actually grant 3GB per day and, once that amount is reached, the speed is reduced to 512kbps. Therefore, they are not unlimited in the sense of offering high‑speed data without limits.

Travelers who need more data can choose Roamic’s fixed data plans, such as the 20GB plan valid for 30 days or the 10GB plan also valid for 30 days. These plans give a larger data allowance without the speed reduction that applies to the “Unlimited Data” options, and they can be more cost‑effective for most users.

Roamic does not provide an eSIM with a phone number or SMS capability for Afghanistan. Travelers using Roamic will only have access to a data‑only plan and can use VoIP applications such as WhatsApp, Telegram, and iMessage over the data connection for calls and messaging. Some destinations limit or block specific VoIP services, so users should confirm that the apps they rely on are accessible in Afghanistan before purchasing a plan.

Roamic offers 13 single‑country data plans for Afghanistan. All of these plans are single‑coverage; there are no multi‑country options. The plans range in price from roughly $5 to $268 and in data allowance from 1 GB up to 20 GB. Seven of the plans use a daily data cap, resetting the data allowance each day, while the remaining six provide a fixed data amount that lasts for the entire validity period.
