Terrible service, I had to manually select the network they asked me to and still won't work. Not recommended.
They wrote about free test offer 250MB - but it is not true, they didn't give me this free 250MB
Pretty good experience, forgot to use the coupon code but price isn’t too bad comparative to other providers. One small issue my QR code didn’t appear in the email and so I had to reach out but they were honestly pretty response and got it resolved in less than 10 mins. Would definitely use again. Service and connection was reliable and stable too.
Signal is weak. Loose LTE. From 3G no internet. Price was 18 dollars for 10 GB.month.
I didn't get QR code still, I totally disappointed with their service
I am waiting for long time
So don't buy this sim
Not good, most of the time I could not use it. There was a signal, and people with physical SIMS on the same network had no problems.
I didn’t get a confirmation email, from the QR in the confirmation page I could not install it, because it said this QR had been used already, and when checking the code they also mention there it was showing data for a booking completely different than mine. When contacting costumer service they didn’t bother to answer and i just had the option to report them to PayPal, good thing I didn’t give them my credit card details, who knows what would have happened in that situation
I bought a top up which vanished immediately, and they refused to credit or refund. I’d avoid this provider.
Not good. When data does work, everything loads slowly but a lot of the time it doesn’t work. The coverage is terrible and j was Constantly losing data signal. I was in Salvador/Bahia and Rio. You would think coverage would be better in Rio but it was worse. It left me stranded and disrupted my whole day. Do not recommend! Also bought a voice plan and the number the gave me never worked and I couldn’t make any calls. Tried to contact them but had no response. Don’t waste your money. Avoid!
Terrible coverage, unreliable connection, always going in and out even in large cities.
In Brazil there are over 90 travel eSIM providers and more than 3200 prepaid data plans. The wide variety of plans makes it easy for travelers to find an eSIM that meets their specific needs.
Unlimited data eSIM plans are available for travelers heading to Brazil from several providers. Firsty offers a one‑day unlimited plan for free, though it is ad‑supported and limited to a maximum speed of 256 kbps. Truely, abesteSIM, MicroEsim, Yoho Mobile, Roamify, and Yesim each provide unlimited plans ranging from one to thirty days, all of which allow tethering but may throttle speeds; abesteSIM and Yoho Mobile specifically note a speed cap of about 5 Mbps. Airhub also offers a single fifteen‑day unlimited plan priced at $50.49, with no explicit speed limit listed but with a general note that speeds may be throttled. The price spectrum for these unlimited options runs from as low as $0.00 with Firsty up to around $449.07 for the most expensive plan with Yoho Mobile, while most plans fall between roughly $6 and $200 depending on provider and plan length. These plans give travelers the flexibility to use data freely in Brazil, but it is advisable to review each provider’s exact speed and policy details before purchase to ensure the plan meets the desired usage level.
In Brazil, the primary Mobile Network Operators (MNOs) are:
Vivo: Operated by Telefônica, Vivo is the largest mobile network in Brazil, offering extensive coverage and a wide range of services.
Claro: A subsidiary of América Móvil, Claro provides comprehensive mobile services across the country, including advanced data and voice solutions.
TIM: Controlled by Telecom Italia, TIM delivers nationwide mobile services with a focus on innovation and customer experience.
Algar Telecom: Serving specific regions, Algar Telecom offers mobile services primarily in parts of Goiás, Minas Gerais, Mato Grosso do Sul, and São Paulo states.
In addition to these MNOs, Brazil hosts several Mobile Virtual Network Operators (MVNOs), such as Datora and Surf. MVNOs provide mobile services by leasing access from major carriers rather than owning the infrastructure themselves. It's important to note that most travel eSIMs rely on the infrastructure of MNOs, not MVNOs.
