I ordered an eSim for Greece and it simply didn't work upon landing which is what I've come to expect after many similar purchases from other vendors. In my opinion no one should spend valuable time debugging such issues abroad so we simply ordered from a different vendor and everything worked right away. I asked Airhub for a refund and they didn't even reply to my request.

I bought 14 300GB eSIMs for Europe and they all stopped working when they reached 35GB. I filed a complaint with AirHub and they told me they didn't actually provide 300GB and only offered 35GB. I asked for a refund and they never gave it to me. That company is a scam. Stay away if you don't want to be scammed.
AIRHUB is a SCAM. They are thieves who steal your money and give you eSIMs with less GB than they offer.

Nine hours, no QR code, no support, no refund, not even an e-mail from a real person, nothing. Ripoff. I hate to admit it, but I’ve been scammed. How do you allow these scammers to be here? Are you in on it, too?

Did not have a great experience with Airhub. They had multiple sets of instructions which conflicted with each other. Both instructions said to change the APN from the default configuration but had different values for what to change it to. Internet connection would sometimes stop working entirely *regardless* of what I set it to in Spain, and in Greece only seemed to work when I reset it to the default (not either of the values from the instructions).
Good price per GB, but not that valuable if it doesn't work. I don't plan to use Airhub again in the future.

I tried so many esim providers. Some worked, some less, but when I discovered BNESIM on esimdb I decided to never change. Their prices are amazing, they have real no expiration plans and the prices are very honest.
I used it in my summer vacation in Greece, in a business trip in USA and I could not be more happy. They are the only provider offering international voice calls and virtual numbers, with many other services (VPN!).

This was a surprisingly great experience actually!
I consider myself a little bit of a technophobe so I was VERY hesitant, but the online chat helped me through the installation and was super patient.
Overall, would definitely try again on my next vacation. Hopefully, it’ll arrive sooner rather than later :)
There are about 120 eSIM providers and more than 8, 100 prepaid data plans available for use in Greece. With a wide variety of options, travelers can easily find an eSIM that suits their needs.
Unlimited data eSIM options for Greece are available from several providers. Firsty offers a zero‑cost plan but it comes with advertisements and a very low speed limit of 256 kbps, and there is a possibility of throttling. Yoho Mobile, abesteSIM, Roamify, MicroEsim, Billion Connect, Truely and Yesim all provide genuine unlimited data with speeds typically capped at 5 Mbps and with the option to tether devices. The price range for these unlimited plans starts at $0.00 for Firsty and goes up to $27.40 for the most expensive Yoho Mobile plan, with most offerings falling between roughly $2.00 and $26.00. Each provider sets different validity periods—from a single day with Firsty to up to ten days with the other vendors—so travelers can select a duration that fits their stay while ensuring sufficient data for browsing, streaming and other online activities.
Cosmote: Greece's largest telecom operator, offering extensive mobile coverage nationwide.
Vodafone Greece: A major provider delivering comprehensive mobile services across the country.
Wind Hellas: A significant operator offering a range of mobile services throughout Greece.
In addition to these major Mobile Network Operators (MNOs), Greece hosts several Mobile Virtual Network Operators (MVNOs). MVNOs provide mobile services by leasing access from the major carriers. Examples include Q-Telecom and Cyta Mobile. However, most travel eSIMs rely on the infrastructure of MNOs rather than MVNOs.
Travel eSIM plans that provide a phone number and SMS for Greece are available. Two providers offer such plans: GlobaleSIM and Roamify. GlobaleSIM gives you a number with the dialing code +1, which is a United States number, and offers inbound and outbound voice calls with inbound SMS only. Roamify supplies a number with the dialing code +33, which is a French number, and supports inbound and outbound voice calls as well as inbound and outbound SMS.
The pricing and validity of these plans vary widely. GlobaleSIM plans range from about $4 for a 1GB 7 day plan to around $70 for a 200GB 30 day plan, with validities from 7 days up to 30 days. Roamify’s Greece‑labelled eSIMs are all 30 day plans and start at about $15 for a 15GB package, going up to $70 for a 200GB package. Because the phone numbers use foreign dialing codes, they are not local Greek numbers, but they can be used for calls and texts while you are in Greece.
