“I ordered an eSim for Greece and it simply didn't work upon landing which is what I've come to expect after many similar purchases from other vendors. In my opinion no one should spend valuable time debugging such issues abroad so we simply ordered from a different vendor and everything worked right away. I asked Airhub for a refund and they didn't even reply to my request.”

“I bought 14 300GB eSIMs for Europe and they all stopped working when they reached 35GB. I filed a complaint with AirHub and they told me they didn't actually provide 300GB and only offered 35GB. I asked for a refund and they never gave it to me. That company is a scam. Stay away if you don't want to be scammed.

AIRHUB is a SCAM. They are thieves who steal your money and give you eSIMs with less GB than they offer.”

“Did not have a great experience with Airhub. They had multiple sets of instructions which conflicted with each other. Both instructions said to change the APN from the default configuration but had different values for what to change it to. Internet connection would sometimes stop working entirely *regardless* of what I set it to in Spain, and in Greece only seemed to work when I reset it to the default (not either of the values from the instructions).

Good price per GB, but not that valuable if it doesn't work. I don't plan to use Airhub again in the future.”
