Yoho Mobile 
It does what it says on the tin. Good for messaging only, even pictures could be hard to transfer.
Websites are throttled down heavily so finding out about timetables can be an issue.
It's only good for those who can plan well ahead (offline maps, saved timetables etc.) and think about it like bridge between two WiFi hotspots.
Piecewise unbeatable though.
