CocoRoam does not provide an unlimited data eSIM plan for India. Travelers can choose from fixed data plans that offer large data allowances, such as the India 100GB 30d plan and the India 50GB 90d plan. These fixed data plans give a set amount of high‑speed data that must be used within the specified validity period. For most users, a fixed data plan can be more cost‑effective than a pay‑as‑you‑go option, unless the traveler is an extremely heavy data consumer who would benefit from an unlimited data model.

CocoRoam does not provide an India eSIM plan that includes a local phone number or SMS capability. All of its India plans are data‑only, so travellers cannot receive text messages or telephone calls through the plan.

That said, travelers can still use VoIP services such as WhatsApp, Telegram, or iMessage over the data connection to make calls and send messages. Availability of these apps can vary in different places, so it is advisable to confirm that the services needed for communication work in India before buying a plan.

CocoRoam offers 15 single‑country data plans for India, with no multi‑country options. The plans range in price from about $3.70 to $152.40 and provide data caps between 1 GB and 100 GB, valid for 3 to 90 days. All plans are fixed‑data packages, and some allow tethering.
