SIMzip does not provide an unlimited data eSIM plan for India. The available options are fixed‑data packages with specific data caps. For travelers who need larger allowances, plans such as the 40GB for 30 days and the 20GB for 30 days offer substantial data. These plans remain competitive, but if a traveler is an extremely heavy data user, a fixed plan may be more cost‑effective than seeking an unlimited alternative that is not offered by SIMzip for India.

SIMzip does not offer India eSIMs that include a local phone number or SMS capability. Only data‑only plans are available from the provider. Travelers can still use popular VoIP apps such as WhatsApp, Telegram, or iMessage over the data connection for calls and messaging without a phone number or SMS functionality.
