Yatelo eSIM Data Plans for India

Yatelo does not provide a true unlimited data eSIM for India. All of its plans for India include a hard 3GB, 20GB, 50GB or other fixed data allowance and a validity period of a few days up to 30 days. After the allocated data is used the plan either stops working or the speed is reduced, as shown by the “Reduced speed: 1000kbps” feature on the 3GB plans. If a traveler needs more data, Yatelo offers large fixed‑data plans such as the 20GB 30‑day plan, priced at $10.99 USD for 5G coverage in India and the 50GB 30‑day plan, priced at $66.65 USD. These fixed options can be more cost‑effective than purchasing high‑volume pay‑as‑you‑go data when a traveler expects to use a substantial amount of high‑speed data during their stay.

Yatelo does not provide an India eSIM that includes a phone number or SMS capability; all of its India plans are data‑only. Travelers can still use voice and messaging through VoIP applications such as WhatsApp, Telegram and iMessage over the data connection, but they should verify that these services are accessible in India before purchasing the plan.

Yatelo offers a total of 13 single‑country data plans and 18 multi‑country plans covering India. These plans vary in price from about $2.28 to $120.02 USD, provide data caps ranging from 1 GB up to 50 GB, and have validity periods between 3 and 30 days. Some of the plans allow tethering and feature a reduced speed option of 1000 kbps.
