BNESIM does not provide an unlimited‑data eSIM for travel to Maldives. All of its plans in the Maldives have a capped data allowance, such as the Surf 50GB plan (50GB) or the Surf 20GB plan (20GB). These packages can be purchased for a fixed period— for example, Surf 50GB for 30 days costs $255.35, and Surf 20GB for 30 days costs $110.26. BNESIM also offers plans with unlimited validity that still have data caps, like the Surf 50GB for an unlimited period at $319.20. Choosing a fixed data plan may be more cost‑effective unless a user requires a very high volume of data.

BNESIM does not provide a Maldives eSIM that includes a local phone number or SMS capability. Only data‑only eSIM plans are available from BNESIM for the Maldives, so inbound or outbound voice calls and text messages cannot be performed over the local mobile network.
