Hungry eSIM eSIM Data Plans for Mauritius

Hungry eSIM does not provide a truly unlimited data eSIM for Mauritius. The plans that carry “Unlimited” in their name all have a daily data cap—ranging from 500 MB to 10 GB—and the speed is throttled after that cap is reached.

Travelers who need more data can choose from fixed data plans that offer larger allowances, such as the Mauritius eSIM Data plan with 20 GB for 30 days or the 10 GB for 30 days option. These plans give a set amount of high‑speed data that must be used within the validity period, and they can be more cost‑effective for most users unless very heavy data consumption is expected.

Hungry eSIM does not offer an eSIM plan for Mauritius that includes a phone number or SMS capability. Only data‑only plans are available in Mauritius, so travelers must rely on data services such as VoIP apps like WhatsApp, Telegram and iMessage. These apps may not be accessible in Mauritius, so users should verify their availability before purchasing.

Hungry eSIM offers 12 single‑country plans and 8 multi‑country plans that include Mauritius. The available plans range in price from about $2.97 to $133.00 and provide data caps between 500 MB and 20 GB, with validity periods spanning 1 to 365 days. The single‑country options give a fixed data amount for the duration of the plan, while the multi‑country plans allow the same data allocation to be used across several destinations, offering flexibility for travelers who visit multiple countries during their trip.
