Ohayu eSIM Data Plans for Africa

Ohayu does not currently offer an unlimited data eSIM for Africa. Travelers who need larger data allowances can consider one of Ohayu’s fixed‑data plans, such as the 25GB Monthly plan for $49.49 USD or the 15GB Monthly plan for $39.99 USD. Both plans provide 30 days of validity, allow tethering, and cover a wide range of African countries, including Algeria, Egypt, Ghana, Kenya, Morocco, Madagascar, Nigeria, Réunion, Tunisia, Tanzania, Uganda, South Africa, and Zambia plus 93 additional countries. Choosing a fixed data plan can be more cost‑effective for most users unless they are extremely heavy data consumers.

Ohayu does not provide eSIM plans for Africa that include a phone number or SMS capability. The provider’s Africa eSIM offerings are limited to data-only packages, so customers cannot receive or send traditional SMS messages or have a local phone number on that network. Travelers can still use VoIP applications such as WhatsApp, Telegram and iMessage over the data connection to make calls and send messages.
