ZenSim does not provide a truly unlimited data eSIM for the Balkans. The plan titled “Balkans+ Unlimited STANDARD – 5 days” actually offers 15 GB of high‑speed data before any speed reduction applies, so it is not an unlimited plan.

If travelers need a larger data allowance, ZenSim offers several fixed‑data options. For example, a 40 GB plan is available for 30 days at $89, a 20 GB plan for 30 days at $48, and a 20 GB plan for 15 days at $45. These plans provide the same high‑speed data without an unlimited cap and can be more cost‑effective for most users.

ZenSim does not provide eSIM plans for the Balkans that include a phone number or SMS capability. Available options are data‑only eSIMs that allow internet access. Travelers who need voice or text communication can use VoIP services such as WhatsApp, Telegram, or iMessage over the data connection, but they should verify that these apps are accessible in the specific Balkans country they plan to visit, as some destinations may block or restrict certain VoIP services.
