Astaroam does not offer an unlimited data eSIM for Central America. All of its current plans for the region come with a finite data allowance.

Both plans provide high‑speed 5G coverage in Costa Rica, Honduras, Nicaragua, Panama, and El Salvador, plus an additional 11 countries, and they allow tethering. These fixed data options are usually more cost‑effective unless a user requires very heavy data usage.

Astaroam does not offer Central America eSIM plans that include a phone number or SMS capability. The provider’s Central America eSIM options are data‑only, so travelers will have no inbound or outbound voice or text service from the eSIM plan itself.
