Keep On Roaming does not currently provide a truly unlimited data eSIM for Central America. All of the plans that use the word “Unlimited” in their name still list a 1GB data cap or 1GB per day limit, and once that amount is reached the speed will be throttled. For travelers who need large amounts of high‑speed data, Keep On Roaming offers fixed data plans that are valid for a set number of days, such as the 10GB 30 days or the 20GB 30 days plans, all of which include 5G coverage across Costa Rica, Nicaragua, Panama, El Salvador and more than 100 other countries. These fixed data plans provide a clear data allowance within a specific validity window and can be more cost‑effective for most users.

Keep On Roaming does not provide eSIM plans that include a Central America phone number or SMS service. Their Central America offerings are strictly data‑only.

Travelers who need voice or messaging can use VoIP applications such as WhatsApp, Telegram, or iMessage over the data connection. However, some destinations may block or restrict certain apps or VoIP services, so it is advisable to confirm that the apps you rely on are accessible in Central America before purchasing.
