Ovosim eSIM Data Plans for Central Asia

Ovosim does not provide truly unlimited high‑speed data plans for Central Asia. All plans labeled “Unlimited” actually offer a daily data cap of 2–5 GB; once the cap is reached the speed is reduced. Ovosim’s fixed‑data alternatives, such as the 20GB plans valid for 5, 10, 15 or 30 days, provide a larger single allotment without a daily limit. Choosing a fixed‑data plan can be more cost‑effective for moderate to heavy data use, while the “Unlimited” plans are appropriate only for travelers who need a modest daily allowance before throttling.

Ovosim does not offer Central Asia eSIM plans that include a phone number or SMS capability. Only data‑only eSIM plans are available from the provider. Travelers can still use VoIP applications such as WhatsApp, Telegram, and iMessage over the data connection for calls and messaging.

Ovosim’s Central Asian coverage lists Kyrgyz Republic (Kyrgyzstan), Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan as the countries included in its eSIM plans. Both the Caucasus+ plan and the Global plan list these three countries in their Central Asian coverage section.
