AloOui does not provide a truly unlimited data eSIM plan for East Asia. All plans with “Unlimited” in the name give only 1GB per day or 2GB per day of high‑speed data and then throttle the connection to 512 kbps or 2 Mbps once the daily limit is reached.

For travelers who need more data, AloOui offers fixed‑amount plans, such as the 100GB 90‑day eSIM or the 100GB 180‑day eSIM, which provide unlimited high‑speed data for the entire validity period. These alternatives can be more cost‑effective for heavy‑usage needs.

AloOui does not provide an East Asia eSIM that includes a local phone number or SMS capability, offering only data‑only plans for that region. Travelers who need to communicate can use VoIP applications such as WhatsApp, Telegram, or iMessage over the data connection, although some destinations in East Asia may block or restrict certain apps, so it is wise to confirm access to the services you rely on before purchasing.
