Earth Esim eSIM Data Plans for East Asia

Earth Esim does not provide an unlimited data eSIM for East Asia. All of its East Asia plans have fixed data caps. For example, the 50GB/180 days plan and several 20GB plans with 30‑ or 90‑day validity offer coverage across China, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea and Macau and 15 additional countries in the Asia Pacific region. Choosing a fixed data plan can be more cost‑effective unless the traveler needs an extremely heavy data volume.

Earth Esim does not currently offer an East Asia eSIM that includes a phone number or SMS capability. Travelers can obtain only a data‑only eSIM from Earth Esim, and can use popular VoIP applications such as WhatsApp, Telegram, or iMessage over the data connection for voice and messaging.

Earth Esim offers two eSIM plans that cover East Asia: the Asia Pacific Region eSIM covers China, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, and Macau, while the Global eSIM covers China, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, and Taiwan. Both plans also extend beyond East Asia, but the specific countries outside this region are not listed here.
