eSIM4Travel does not currently provide any unlimited data eSIM plans for East Asia.
The provider offers several fixed‑data plans that cover the same region. For example, the globel 365 plan gives 90 GB of data for 365 days at $200.00 USD, and a 60 GB version also lasts 365 days for the same price. A smaller 50 GB version is available for either 365 days or 30 days, with prices around $200.00 USD and $60.42 USD respectively. Choosing a fixed‑data plan can be more cost‑effective for most travelers unless the user expects extremely high data consumption.

eSIM4Travel does not offer East Asia eSIM plans that include a phone number or SMS capability. Only data‑only eSIM options are available, providing internet connectivity for the validity period set by each plan.

Travelers can use VoIP services such as WhatsApp, Telegram or iMessage over the data connection to make calls and send messages, which serves as an alternative to a traditional phone number or SMS.

The East Asian coverage provided by eSIM4Travel covers China, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, Macau, and Taiwan. The South East Asia plan includes these countries, and the Globel 365 plan likewise covers the same set, with additional service availability in other regions beyond East Asia.
