Skyalo eSIM Data Plans for East Asia

Skyalo does not provide an unlimited data eSIM plan for East Asia. Instead, it offers fixed‑data plans, such as 50 GB for 180 days and 20 GB for 30 or 90 days, priced between $79.99 and $177.99 USD. These plans use 5G and cover China, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, Macau, Taiwan, and several other countries. Choosing a fixed data plan can be more cost‑effective unless a user expects extremely heavy data usage.

Skyalo does not offer eSIM plans that include a local phone number or SMS capability for East Asia. The provider only offers data‑only eSIMs in that region, so travelers can still use VoIP applications such as WhatsApp, Telegram, or iMessage over the data connection for calls and messaging.
