Stixrs eSIM Data Plans for East Asia

Stixrs does not provide plans that offer unrestricted high‑speed data for East Asia. The plans that carry the “Unlimited” name actually provide a fixed data allowance of 3GB per day for a set number of days, and after that amount the speed is throttled to 1, 000 kbps. For travelers who need more data, Stixrs offers fixed‑data plans such as the Asia Standard 50 GB 30 days plan or the Asia Standard 20 GB 15 days plan, which deliver a large, pre‑determined amount of high‑speed data over the validity period. These fixed plans can be more cost‑effective for users who do not consume extremely high volumes of data.

Stixrs currently offers only data‑only eSIM plans for East Asia, with no plans that include a local phone number or inbound/outbound SMS capability. Travelers who need voice or messaging can generally use VoIP applications such as WhatsApp, Telegram, or iMessage over the data connection, but some destinations may block or restrict access to specific apps or VoIP services, so it is advisable to verify the availability of the apps you rely on before purchasing an eSIM.

Stixrs offers several plans covering East Asian countries: the Global Standard data eSIM includes China, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, Mongolia, Macau, and Taiwan; the Greater China Standard data eSIM Plus covers China, Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan; the Asia Standard data eSIM includes China, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, Macau, and Taiwan; the Asia Standard data eSIM Plus covers China, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, and Macau; the Global Standard data eSIM Plus covers China, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, and Taiwan; and the Asia Unlimited data eSIM ps also covers China, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, Macau, and Taiwan.
