ZenSim eSIM Data Plans for East Asia

ZenSim does not provide a truly unlimited high‑speed eSIM for East Asia. The plans titled “Asia+ Unlimited STANDARD” offer 3 GB per day, and once that amount is reached the speed is reduced to 1000 kbps. Travelers who need a higher data allowance can choose from fixed‑data plans such as the 40 GB plan valid for 30 days or the 20 GB plan available for 15 (or 30) days. Both of those plans cover China, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan and 10 additional countries, and they provide high‑speed data without throttling until the data cap is reached.

ZenSim does not provide any East Asia eSIM plan that includes a phone number or SMS capability. Travelers who purchase an eSIM from ZenSim will receive data‑only access. However, they can normally use VoIP services such as WhatsApp, Telegram, or iMessage over the data connection for voice calls and messaging. Keep in mind that some destinations in East Asia may block or restrict access to specific apps or VoIP services, so it is advisable to verify that the apps you rely on are accessible in the country you plan to visit before purchasing.

ZenSim offers plans that include several East Asian countries. The Asia+ plan includes China, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, and Taiwan, while the Global plan covers the same East Asian countries along with a wide array of other regions.
