JamboSim does not provide a truly unlimited high‑speed data plan for Latin America (LATAM). The plans with “Unlimited” in their name actually offer 3GB of fast data per day; once the daily quota is used, the speed drops to 1000 kbps. Travelers who need more data can choose a fixed‑data plan instead, such as the 20GB plan valid for 30 days or the 10GB plan also valid for 30 days. These options give larger data allowances without the throttle that applies after the daily limit is reached.

JamboSim offers LATAM eSIM plans that include a phone number and the ability to send SMS messages. The plans start at $11.99 USD for 1GB of data and 7 days of validity and go up to $105.99 USD for 20GB of data and 365 days of validity. Each plan supplies a phone number with the dialing code +1 and allows outbound voice calls and outbound SMS messages — receiving calls or messages is not supported.

All available LATAM eSIMs provide the same telephone features, so travelers who need a local LATAM number for inbound calls or SMS would need to verify whether the +1 number meets their requirements.
