Tourist eSIM does not provide a truly unlimited data eSIM for Latin America (LATAM). The plans that carry the word “Unlimited” in their names supply a fixed amount of high‑speed data—such as 2GB for a single day, 3GB per day for 3 to 10 days, or 3GB per day for 30 days—and once the data cap is reached the speed falls to the reduced speed listed (for example 2000kbps or 1000kbps). These limits mean that after the allotted data is used the connection is throttled rather than remaining unlimited.

For travelers who require more data, Tourist eSIM offers fixed data plans as alternatives. An example is the Latin America 10 Days Unlimited plan, which gives 3GB of high‑speed data each day (totaling 30GB) before throttling, and another option is the Global 31 Days 100GB plan, which supplies 100GB of data for 31 days and covers many LATAM countries. Choosing a fixed data plan can be more cost‑effective for users who need a larger, predictable data allowance.

Tourist eSIM does not provide eSIM plans with a phone number or SMS capability for Latin America (LATAM).
