Tourist eSIM does not provide a high‑speed unlimited data plan for Latin America (LATAM); every Latin America “Unlimited Data” plan has a fixed daily data cap. For example, the Latin America (17+ countries) • Unlimited Data • 3 Days plan offers 3GB per day, and after the 3GB has been used the connection is throttled to 1000kbps. Similarly, the 30‑day version delivers 3GB per day with the same reduced speed once the limit is reached. The term “Unlimited” in the name refers only to the ability to connect without additional charges, not to an unrestricted data allowance.

If a traveler's usage requires more data, Tourist eSIM offers fixed‑data plans that may be more cost‑effective. A 100GB plan valid for 31 days is available for Latin America, providing a large, unrestricted data allocation without the daily cap. Users who need a very high data volume should consider such fixed plans rather than the nominal “Unlimited” options.
