CocoRoam eSIM Data Plans for North America

CocoRoam does not provide an unlimited data eSIM for North America. The available plans for this destination are fixed‑data bundles. For example, the 50GB plan is valid for 30 days, and the 20GB plan is available in both 15‑day and 30‑day versions. Choosing a fixed‑data plan can be more cost‑effective unless a traveler is a very heavy data user, because the data allowance is delivered upfront and can be used at full speed for the allotted period.

CocoRoam does not provide North America eSIM plans that include a phone number or SMS capability. All of the plans sold by CocoRoam for North America are data‑only, which means the device cannot receive inbound calls or SMS messages via the eSIM. Travelers who need voice or text services can still use popular VoIP applications such as WhatsApp, Telegram, and iMessage over the data connection, but availability can vary by destination, so it is advisable to verify that the apps you rely on are accessible in the specific locations you will visit before purchasing a plan.

The North American coverage of CocoRoam’s eSIMs is provided by several plans. The North America 3 d plan includes Bermuda, Canada, Mexico and the United States of America, the Global 3 d plan also lists Canada and the United States of America among its covered countries, and the North America/day 7 d plan covers Canada, Mexico and the United States of America. Thus, the North American countries served by CocoRoam’s plans are Canada, Mexico, the United States of America and Bermuda.
