BNESIM eSIM Data Plans for South America

No, BNESIM does not provide an unlimited data eSIM plan for South America. The provider’s South American offerings are fixed data plans, each with a hard cap on the amount of high‑speed data that can be used before the plan expires or, in the case of the “No expiry” options, before the credit runs out. For example, BNESIM offers a 100GB plan usable for 30 days and a separate 100GB plan with no expiry, both covering the same 12 South American countries. A smaller 50GB plan for 30 days is also available. Fixed data plans can be more cost‑effective for most travelers than a pay‑as‑you‑go arrangement unless the user is an extremely heavy data consumer.

BNESIM does not provide South American eSIM plans that include a phone number or SMS capability. All BNESIM offers in South America are data‑only eSIMs without telephony services. Travelers who need to place calls or send messages can use VoIP applications such as WhatsApp, Telegram, and iMessage over the data connection; however, some South American destinations may block or restrict specific apps, so it is advisable to confirm that the services you rely on are accessible before purchasing a BNESIM plan.

BNESIM offers two eSIM plans that include South American coverage. The “Surf in South America for” plan covers Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, French Guiana, Peru, Paraguay, Uruguay, and Venezuela. The “Surf in Global for” plan also includes these same South American countries in addition to other regions.
