Keep On Roaming eSIM Data Plans for Samoa

Keep On Roaming does not offer a truly unlimited high‑speed data eSIM for Samoa. The plans that carry the word “Unlimited” in their names provide only 1GB of high‑speed data (or 1GB per day), after which no further data is supplied. This is reflected in the Data cap column for those plans.

Instead, Keep On Roaming provides fixed data plans that can be used over several days. For example, the 10 GB 30 days plan and the 5 GB 30 days plan offer larger data allowances for travelers who need more bandwidth while staying in Samoa. These fixed plans are the available alternatives if unlimited data is required.

Keep On Roaming does not provide a Samoa eSIM that includes a local phone number or SMS capability. The only eSIMs available for Samoa from this provider are data‑only plans; travelers who need voice or text services must rely on VoIP applications such as WhatsApp, Telegram, or iMessage over the data connection. However, some destinations may restrict access to these apps, so users should confirm that the VoIP services they rely on are accessible in Samoa before purchasing a eSIM.

Keep On Roaming provides 8 single‑country data plans for Samoa and no multi‑country plans. Two of those plans feature a daily data cap, while the remaining six have a fixed data amount. Prices for the Samoa plans range from $22.00 to $160.00, with data caps between 1 GB and 10 GB and validity periods from 1 to 30 days. Tethering is allowed on all of the available plans.
