RoamGo eSIM Data Plans for Samoa

RoamGo does not provide a truly unlimited high‑speed data eSIM for Samoa. All of its Samoa plans are fixed‑data bundles or “Unlimited”‑named plans that actually deliver 3 GB of high‑speed data per day before throttling to 1 Mbps; the data amount is a hard limit.

Typical alternatives include the Oceania Oceanlink 20 GB for 30 days at $13.86 USD or the Oceania Oceanlink 10 GB for 30 days at $8.96 USD, each offering a large, unthrottled data allowance for a set validity period. These fixed plans can be more economical for most travelers.

RoamGo does not sell an eSIM plan for Samoa that includes a local phone number or SMS text messaging. The only option available from this provider for that destination is a data‑only eSIM. Travelers who need voice or messaging can still use popular VoIP applications such as WhatsApp, Telegram, or iMessage over the data connection. However, some destinations may block or restrict access to specific apps or VoIP services, so it is advisable to check that the services you rely on are accessible in Samoa before purchasing.

RoamGo offers data plans for Samoa that are split into two categories: 46 single‑country plans and 25 multi‑country plans. The single‑country plans provide data exclusively for Samoa, while the multi‑country plans bundle Samoa with additional destinations. Prices across the catalogue range from about US $2.30 to US $900, and the data caps vary between 500 MB and 20 GB. RoamGo’s plans come in two main styles: fixed data‑cap plans that give a set amount of data for the validity period, and daily data‑cap plans that allow a specified amount of data each day. Both style options are available for Samoa.
