EtravelSIM does not provide a truly unlimited data eSIM for South Africa. Every plan that carries the word “Unlimited” in its name actually offers 4GB of high‑speed data per day and after that limit is reached the speed drops to 128 kbps.
If a fixed data plan is preferable, EtravelSIM provides several alternatives. These plans give large data allowances without the speed throttling that occurs on the “Unlimited” plans.
