Saily eSIM Data Plans for Afghanistan

Saily does not provide a truly unlimited data eSIM for Afghanistan. The plans that carry the “UNLIMITED” name actually give 30GB of high‑speed data and then throttle the speed to 1000kbps or 1kbps once that amount is used.

Travelers who need a larger data allowance can choose from Saily’s fixed data plans, such as the 30GB 90‑day plan, the 20GB 365‑day plan, or the 15GB 90‑day plan, which offer substantial data without the speed reduction that follows the 30GB limit.

Saily does not provide eSIM plans for Afghanistan that include a local phone number or SMS capability. Travelers who need a phone number to receive calls or messages will only find data‑only options from Saily in Afghanistan.

Users can still communicate by using VoIP applications such as WhatsApp, Telegram, or iMessage over the data connection, but they should verify that these services are accessible in Afghanistan before purchasing, as certain destinations may restrict or block some VoIP platforms.

Saily provides four single‑country data plans that are specifically for Afghanistan, in addition to eleven multi‑country plans that include Afghanistan coverage. The available packages range in price from roughly $5.49 to $159.99 and in data limits from 1 GB up to 30 GB. Most of the plans are fixed‑data packages rather than daily‑cap or hourly‑cap options, so customers can choose a set amount of data for a set validity period that best fits their travel length and usage needs.
