MicroEsim eSIM Data Plans for Australia

MicroEsim does not provide a true unlimited data eSIM for Australia. All of its Australian plans have fixed data caps. The plans that carry the “Unlimited 5Mbps” name give 1GB/day of high‑speed data; once that data is used the speed is reduced to 5000kbps. The 60‑day plan offers 60GB of high‑speed data, and the 3‑ to 10‑day plans provide 50GB of high‑speed data, with speed reduced to 128kbps after the data is exhausted.

Travelers who need more data can choose one of these fixed data plans. For example, the Australia eSIM – 60 Days / Total 60GB gives 60GB of high‑speed data for 60 days, and the Australia eSIM – 3 Days / Total 50GB provides 50GB for 3 days. These plans can be more cost‑effective for most users, unless the user is an extremely heavy data consumer.

MicroEsim does not offer an eSIM plan for Australia that includes a local phone number or SMS capability. All MicroEsim eSIMs for Australia are data‑only plans. Travelers can still use VoIP services such as WhatsApp, Telegram and iMessage over the data connection for voice and text, but some destinations may block or restrict access to these apps, so users should verify that the services they need are available in Australia before purchasing.
