MTX Connect eSIM Data Plans for Bulgaria

MTX Connect does not provide an unlimited data eSIM plan for Bulgaria. All of the available plans for this country list a hard data cap, such as 10GB, and are valid for a fixed period of 30 days.

For travelers who need a large amount of data, MTX Connect offers fixed data plans. For example, the 10GB LOCAL plan gives 10.11GB of data for 30 days at a price of $11.25 USD, and the Bulgaria 10GB Unthrottled plan offers 10GB of data for 30 days at $18.63 USD. These fixed‑data options may be more cost‑effective for most users, unless the traveler is an extremely heavy data consumer who would prefer an unlimited plan.

MTX Connect does not provide eSIM plans for Bulgaria that include a phone number or SMS capability. Only data‑only eSIMs are offered for this destination. Travelers can still make calls and send messages using VoIP applications such as WhatsApp, Telegram or iMessage over the data connection, but availability of these services can vary, so it is advisable to confirm that the apps you need work in Bulgaria before purchasing a plan.

MTX Connect lists five single‑country data plans for Bulgaria and eleven multi‑country plans that include Bulgaria as part of their coverage. The available single‑country data offers range from 1 GB to 10.11 GB, while the multi‑country options cover a similar data spectrum. Prices for all plans fall between roughly $2.11 and $34.60 USD, with validity periods spanning 7 to 30 days.
