BNESIM eSIM Data Plans for Cyprus

No, BNESIM does not offer a truly unlimited data eSIM for Cyprus. The plans that include “Unlimited” in their names provide 3 GB of high‑speed data per day; once the 3 GB daily limit is reached, the speed is reduced to 1 Mbps for the remainder of the day.

If a traveler wants a large data allowance, BNESIM sells fixed‑data plans with up to 100 GB of high‑speed 5G data in Cyprus. These options are available for 30 days or with no expiry, and can be a more cost‑effective solution unless the user expects extremely heavy data consumption.

BNESIM does not provide an eSIM for Cyprus that includes a phone number or SMS capabilities. The only available plans are data‑only. Travelers can still use VoIP applications such as WhatsApp, Telegram, or iMessage over the data connection for calls and messaging, but some destinations may block or restrict these services, so it is advisable to verify that the apps you rely on are accessible in Cyprus before purchasing.

BNESIM offers a wide range of data plans that can be used in Cyprus, including both plans that cover Cyprus only and plans that cover multiple countries. In total, there are 15 single‑country plans and 43 multi‑country plans available. The plans vary in price from about $2.84 to $432.94, and in data cap from 1 GB to 100 GB. Validity periods vary from indefinite to 30 days. Some plans provide a fixed data amount, while others allow a daily data cap, giving travelers flexibility depending on their usage needs.
