Kolet eSIM Data Plans for Czech Republic

Kolet’s plans that carry the word “UNLIMITED” in the name are not truly unlimited. They provide 5GB of high‑speed data each day and then throttle speed to 1000 kbps once that daily limit is reached. The plans are valid for a fixed number of days, such as 1 day, 3 days, 5 days, up to 30 days.

For travelers who want a larger, unthrottled data allowance, Kolet offers fixed‑data plans such as 20GB for 30 days or 10GB for 30 days, both available for use in Czech Republic. These fixed‑data plans give a larger total data amount without daily throttling, making them a cost‑effective option for most users.

Kolet does not provide eSIM plans for the Czech Republic that include a phone number or SMS capability. Travelers can only access data‑only eSIMs from this provider for that destination.

Users who need voice or text messaging can generally rely on VoIP services such as WhatsApp, Telegram, or iMessage over the data connection, but they should verify that these apps work in the Czech Republic before purchasing, as some destinations may restrict or block specific applications.

Kolet supplies Czech Republic travelers with 13 single‑country plans and 31 multi‑country plans that include Prague and other Czech cities. The breadth of options spans a cost range from roughly $3.99 to $104.40 and a data range from 1 GB up to 20 GB, with validity periods that can last a single day or stretch to one year. Plans are divided into daily data‑cap packages—where a set amount of data is granted each day—and fixed‑data‑cap packages, which provide a total data allotment for the entire validity period.
