“Catastrophic experience with this operator.
Several eSIM changes due to failures in data speeds. Service was limited to 3G with speeds not even reaching Edge levels. The operator’s response: Even if the local network allows 5G (which I confirmed on another line) and good speeds, everything depends on our (terrible) agreements. Nothing can be done.
Of course, the website advertised 5G or 4G for Egypt, which turned out to be false (from Luxor to Aswan, which was my route).
Horrible. I wasted hours providing evidence, having to start over each time with different representatives.”
