The operator’s response: Even if the local network allows 5G (which I confirmed on another line) and good speeds, everything depends on our (terrible) agreements. Nothing can be done.

Messaging speed was good, sharing photos was slow but possible. Often got SSL errors, can't use banking apps at some times. Instead for the same money I recommend to buy 1 day plan and then physical sim or esim directly from Vodafone.”
