Several eSIM changes due to failures in data speeds. Service was limited to 3G with speeds not even reaching Edge levels. The operator’s response: Even if the local network allows 5G (which I confirmed on another line) and good speeds, everything depends on our (terrible) agreements. Nothing can be done.
Of course, the website advertised 5G or 4G for Egypt, which turned out to be false (from Luxor to Aswan, which was my route).

Messaging speed was good, sharing photos was slow but possible. Often got SSL errors, can't use banking apps at some times. Instead for the same money I recommend to buy 1 day plan and then physical sim or esim directly from Vodafone.”
