BNESIM eSIM Data Plans for Ethiopia

BNESIM does not provide an unlimited data eSIM for Ethiopia. Travelers who need a large amount of data can choose from a range of fixed‑data plans. For example, a Surf 100 GB plan is available for 30 days, while another Surf 100 GB plan has no expiry limit; a Surf 50 GB plan is available for 30 days or without expiry, and a Surf 20 GB plan is offered for 30 days. These fixed‑data options can be more cost‑effective for most users, but those who are extremely heavy data consumers may wish to consider a different provider that offers truly unlimited data.

BNESIM does not offer eSIM plans for Ethiopia that include a local phone number or SMS capability. The provider only sells data‑only eSIMs for that destination. Travelers who need to make voice or text communications can use VoIP applications such as WhatsApp, Telegram, or iMessage over the data connection, but they should verify that these services are accessible in Ethiopia before purchasing, as local restrictions can occur.

BNESIM offers 14 single‑country data plans for Ethiopia. The provider has no multi‑country plans for the country. Prices for the Ethiopian plans range from roughly $5.23 to $261.83, while data caps span from 1 GB up to 100 GB, and a number of the plans allow tethering.
