On the website they have misleading informations, for the package that I have purchased - 15 Days Unlimited Data Europe, on the same page it says it supports Austria, Hungary, Czech Republic, and also this countries are missing from the list of supported countries with flags.. I contacted support and they explicitly confirmed that it works there. Once I reached the Hungary, I had no data, because my eSIM could connect only to 2G networks. I reached the support again but they told me that my eSIM is blocked due to misuse. But how can I connect with it to 2G then?! They didn't told me what was the misuse. I asked for refund but they closed the chat thread, since I got the answer, but no service and for my work more importantly no internet.
