BNESIM eSIM Data Plans for Hungary

BNESIM does not offer a truly unlimited data eSIM for Hungary. The plan labeled “Hungary Unlimited 10 days” actually provides 3 GB of high‑speed data per day and after that limit the speed is throttled to 1000 kbps. For travelers who need more data, BNESIM sells fixed‑data plans such as 100 GB, 50 GB and 20 GB for 30 days. These plans usually allow tethering and, while they have data caps, they can be more cost effective for most users unless an extremely heavy data consumer requires a truly unlimited option.

BNESIM does not provide eSIM plans for Hungary that include a phone number or SMS capability. The only plans available for travelers in Hungary are data‑only eSIMs.

Without an SMS feature, users can still communicate using internet‑based messaging and calling apps such as WhatsApp, Telegram, and iMessage over the data connection.
