Saily eSIM Data Plans for India

Saily does not provide a truly unlimited data eSIM for India. All India‑specific plans have a daily data cap and a reduced speed after the limit is reached. For example, the India UNLIMITED 5 days plan offers 3GB/day for 5 days and drops to 1000kbps once the daily limit is used, while the India UNLIMITED 30 days plan provides 3GB/day for 30 days with the same reduced speed after the daily cap.

These are fixed data plans, not unlimited plans. Travelers who need a large amount of data can choose from Saily’s fixed data plans, such as the India UNLIMITED 5 days or India UNLIMITED 30 days, which give a predictable amount of high‑speed data for a set period. Fixed data plans can be more cost‑effective unless a user requires continuous, unlimited high‑speed data.

Saily does not provide India eSIM plans that include a phone number or SMS capability. Only data‑only eSIM plans are offered for India.

Travelers can use VoIP applications such as WhatsApp, Telegram, and iMessage over the data connection for calls and messaging. However, some destinations may block or restrict access to specific apps or VoIP services, so travelers should verify that the apps they rely on are accessible in India before purchasing.

Saily offers 11 single‑country data plans for India and 22 multi‑country plans that include India within their coverage. The available packages range in price from $3.99 to $159.99, with data caps between 1 GB and 30 GB and validity periods spanning 5 to 365 days. The catalog includes both fixed data‑cap plans—where a set amount of data is provided for the entire validity—and daily‑data‑cap plans that allow a specified amount of data each day. Some plans feature a reduced speed option (either 1 Mbps or 1024 Mbps) for certain usage conditions.
