Keep On Roaming does not offer a true unlimited-data eSIM for Rwanda.
All plans advertised with the term “Unlimited” actually provide a fixed daily data allowance of 1 GB, and the maximum amount of data that can be used during the validity period is that 1 GB per day. The other available plans for Rwanda are fixed-data plans, such as the 10 GB 30 days plan or the 5 GB 30 days plan, which let you use the stated amount of data once before the plan expires.

These fixed‑data plans are typically more cost‑effective for most users than a plan that claims unlimited data but has a hard cap. If you need a large amount of data while staying in Rwanda, consider one of the larger data‑cap plans like the 10 GB 30 days plan, keeping in mind that the data is limited to that amount over the 30‑day period.

提供されているのはすべてデータ通信専用のプランです。LINEやFacebook Messenger、iMessageなどのVoIPアプリはデータ通信で動作するため、電話番号やSMS機能がなくても通話やメッセージの利用が可能な場合がありますが、渡航先でのアクセス制限やブロックの有無は保証できません。購入前に利用したいアプリがルワンダで利用可能かどうかを確認することをおすすめします。

Keep On Roamingはルワンダ向けに国別プラン（単一国カバー）を9つ、複数国プランはありません。そのうち3つは「デイリーデータキャッププラン」で、1日あたりのデータ上限が設けられており、残り6つは「定量データプラン」として1GBから10GBのデータ容量が設定されています。価格帯は20 USDから161 USD、料金は1日から30日までの有効期限を設定でき、データ容量は1GBから10GBの範囲で提供されます。tethering（テザーリング）も許可されているプランが含まれています。
