Skratch eSIM Data Plans for Kosovo

Skratch does not provide a true unlimited high‑speed eSIM plan for Kosovo. The plans named “Kosovo Unlimited” give 2 GB per day and throttle the connection to 1000 kbps after that daily allotment is reached, so they are not unlimited. Travelers who need more data can choose fixed‑data plans such as the 20 GB 30 day or 10 GB 30 day bundles, which offer larger high‑speed data allowances without a daily quota. These fixed plans give full high‑speed data until the stated data cap is used up.

Skratch does not provide a Kosovo eSIM that includes a phone number or SMS capability. The provider offers only data‑only plans for travelers in Kosovo.

Travelers who need voice or messaging can use VoIP applications such as WhatsApp, Telegram, or iMessage over the data connection. However, some destinations may block or restrict access to specific apps or VoIP services, so it is advisable to confirm that the apps you rely on are available in Kosovo before purchasing a plan.

Skratch offers 11 single‑country data plans for Kosovo, with no multi‑country options. The plans range in price from $5.99 to $359.70 and provide data caps between 1 GB and 20 GB. Among them, six plans feature a daily data cap while five offer a fixed data amount.
