Spark Roam eSIM Data Plans for Kosovo

Spark Roam does not currently provide an unlimited data eSIM plan for Kosovo. The available plans are fixed data packages. For example, customers can choose a 20 GB package valid for 30 days or 90 days, a 10 GB package for 30 days, a 5 GB package for 30 days, or a 3 GB package for 30 days. These fixed‑data options can be more cost‑effective for most travelers unless they expect extremely high data usage.

Spark Roam does not provide any eSIM plans for Kosovo that include a local phone number, inbound or outbound voice calls, or SMS capability. Only data‑only eSIMs are offered for this destination. Travelers can still use voice and messaging apps such as WhatsApp, Telegram, and iMessage over the data connection for communication without needing a traditional phone number or SMS service.

Spark Roam supplies seven multi‑country data plans that cover Kosovo. The plans span a price range of roughly $5.75 to $83.12 and offer data caps between 1 GB and 20 GB, with validity periods from one week up to a full year.
